In uno dei quartieri più tranquilli di Mestre, a pochi chilometri da Venezia a soli 10 minuti di tram, servito da: supermercati, negozi, bar, tabacchi è situata la casa da "Palanca".L'abitazione è stata recentemente ristrutturata per consentire il massimo confort,con una corte privata dove poter fare colazione o bere un aperitivo dopo una bella giornata a Venezia,la zona giorno per i vostri pasti per poi salire al primo piano dove si trovano le due camere da letto,in ogni piano il suo bagno. Io e la mia famiglia , vi accoglieremo, personalmente aiutandovi nelle vostre esigenze.Gli ospiti al loro arrivo,dovranno esibire un documento d'identità,e versare l'importo dovuto per la tassa di soggiorno, pari a 4.oo euro a persona adulta,2.00 in caso di adolescenti dai 10 ai 16 anni,mentre per bambini dai 1 ai 10 anni sono esenti. Di particolare interesse nella zona oltre alla città Lagunare VENEZIA e le sue isole, si trova il parco San Giuliano, l'antico forte Marghera e il nuovo museo M9. La casa "da PALANCA"è situata in un punto strategico comoda ad aeroporto e stazione dei treni,autostrade per raggiungere in poco tempo anche le città vicine di Treviso e Padova oltre che al vicino litorale veneziano di Jesolo,Caorle e Bibbione.

Great location

My family and I were visiting Venice and felt this location was ideal because it was 50 m from the tram stop that took you directly to Venice in 20 minutes. It was very easy to get into and out of Venice.

Great stay near Venice

The host met us at our place and was so great at getting us settled. This place was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed. A very cute house that was very close to train that we took to Venice each day. I would recommend using this place when visiting Venice.

Perfect location to get in and out of Venice

Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay! Property is beautiful and as advertised. Location is great - close to tram stop and 15 minute ride to/from Venice. Eliana is a gracious host. We could not have askes for a better place to stay. I would stay again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Venice!

Spacious updated home

This home was adorable and less than a block from the bus and tram. There was a grocery store less than a mile away that made dinners much cheaper! The check in process was smooth and the hostess was very pleasant with myself and my family, even leaving us cold water in the fridge and juice and snacks for breakfast.

Excellent Location, Amazing Host, Beautiful Place

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. Eliana was an incredible host! She is a great communicator, as well as a kind and thoughtful host. The place is clean, beautiful, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It is also a great location and only a short walk to the tram, which is only a short 10-15 minute ride to Venice. Free and convenient parking is also a bonus. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Venice with my husband.

Great location and better than pictures show

Great location from tram to get to boats to get to island. Has everything. Very secure too. Host communicates using WhatsApp which makes it easy. Internet works well. We felt very safe as there are safety measures for windows and doors. Very clean and had more stuff than needed. Two full bathrooms which was great. Would stay again!

Comfortable apartment

This was a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds. The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here.

Clean and well equipped

The place had clean sheets, shampoo, soap, towels, water in the fridge, parking, coffee pot, comfortable bed, and room darkening shutters to help with heat and sunlight. We were very happy with everything. Our only comment is it was pretty hot (90s farenheit during day) and we turned the air on inside but we did not cool down until middle of the night. But overall it was a great stay!

A short tram ride away

The property was very clean, and it was nice to have two nice bathrooms --one on each floor. The bedrooms and some of the furnishings were well equipped but unremarkable, but only compared with some others we have stayed at. They were good-- comfortable. The tram was very close and the ride into the city was fast. There was also a nearby market and a couple of historic restaurants-- that opened a bit later. Olia was easy to contact and totally on the job. She drove us to the train station instead of ordering a cab.

Very Clean- Further from Venice than Expected!

This property is very clean and tidy. It has been recently renovated. We were very surprised by the distance to Venice as it was listed as "Venice". It is located in a suburb of Venice and required us to take the tram to and from Venice which was a 15-20 minute ride. Due to the distance we had to stay in Venice all day and could not go back and forth.There was also no Washing Machine, which should be noted.The 2 showers, while new were tiny so not easy for an average sized man to move around in.As long as you are aware of this- then this is a clean property.Eliana the owner is amazing and went out of her way to accomodate us.

No air conditioning Area was noisy with dogs barking at 4:00am No hot tub as advertised Was not aware that a “short term lease agreement “ had to be executed. Which is a legal and binding agreement. One set of keys for 4 people ridiculous! We would not stay in this Vrbo apartment again after staying in two other ones!

Fantastic apartment

First, Elaina was amazing. She went above and beyond to help make our stay the best. Our friend had to leave for the airport at 3 AM in the morning and we could not find a taxi to come to the apartment to pick him, so Elaina offered to take him, and then offer to come back at 9 AM to take the rest of us. She was amazing. Second, the apartment was fantastic for us. We wanted to stay on Venice proper, however and I'm so happy we didn't and stayed here instead. The tram to go into Venice was right out our backdoor. On Venice there are no cars so we would have to drag our luggage across the island over many stepped bridges and rough roads, with this location, you take the bus or taxi to Venice then hop on the tram to the apartment, every convenient. If you have a very early flight like our friend, trams do not run that early and he had more luggage than he could carry that far , so Elaina helped us. The apartment is clean and comfortable and was prefect for us.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Venedig. Eliana war wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat, wir haben sogar Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen! Das war sehr aufmerksam von ihr und sie war wirklich sehr lieb! Das Haus war wirklich toll und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Auch die Lage war super, direkt um die Ecke war eine Tramstation, mit der man innerhalb von 15 min in Venedig ist.

Parfait !

Tout était parfait ! Accueil chaleureux avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du Tram. Literie très confortable. Petit terrain vague avec pelouse en face de la maison : fantastique pour dégourdir ses jambes avec un ballon après un long trajet en voiture. Nos garçons ont adoré !
