We have stayed in this apartment two times. We love the space and the two large balconies are such a bonus! The hosts are responsive should anything come up that needs attention. It’s not in a touristy area which we prefer.There is a metro station near (Rato) and a grocery store down the street which is very convenient. The building is very quite a definite plus. We would definitely rent this apartment again. Also many restaurants within walking distance.

The perfect place to stay in Lisbon

The apartment is lovely and just as pictured. Teresa is a wonderful host. Everthing is very clean and very upscale. The perfect place to stay in Lisbon.

Love the balconies

Very clean and has two great balconies, can see the river from one of them! Comfy beds and great water pressure in the showers. Elevator was a treat after walking miles all over hilly Lisbon. Great place.

Fantastic

Two beautiful outdoor patios with lovely scenery. Inside immaculate. Well furnished. The only thing that would be helpful is to leave instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. Overall our favourite stay. Would definitely recommend.

Good location to walk, use metro or ride service. Beautiful view of Tagus river.

Simple style and comfortable furnishings. Spacious. Outdoor porch space is a plus. Good location. Host is very welcoming and responsive.

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Fantastic apartment, even better than photos. Super clean, safe, quiet! Decorated so cute and hosts thought of everything you could need. Two big outside decks so you can follow the sun. Would 100% recommend!

First time using Verbo in Lisbon

The place was amazing lived up to and beyond our expectations. Teresa was available when we needed her. Alberto the private transfer was also so very helpful and full of great information on the area and Portugal in general. The amenities were spot on. Location was great too. I would rate this a 5 star property! This property paid so much attention to detail. Hope all our Verbo rentals are like this one.

A great base for exploring Lisbon!

We loved the apartment and Teresa was a great host. The location was ideal with shops, restaurants and transportation in the immediate area. The metro was only a 3 minute walk (although it could be a bit challenging with large luggage). Uber was very reliable and inexpensive. Despite being on a busy street, it was always quiet at night. The apartment itself had a very premium feel. Everything was as advertised (or better). We would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was as advertised. Host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Immediate response was given when we asked for something...she had it delivered immediately.

Adventures in Lisbon

Property is as listed. Good neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Not a lot around the apartment but it is a short ride to most things. A few restaurants around. Check in was easy. We arrived early and were permitted in. Cleaning person called to verify us. Which was good for safety reasons. Very friendly. Manager, Teresa came right over and reviewed everything. Highly recommend.

Great, spacious apt. near Rato metro station

We really loved this apt.! The metro station was around the corner. Being 2 artists it was nice to have the art supply store around the corner as well. Apt. was spacious w/ 2 balconies. 1 on each side. Kitchen cookware was well stocked. Copenhagen Coffee Lab nearby. Trendy neighborhood Jardim Fialho de Almeida was a nice find. Teresa was a very good communicator. Also, included was a mid-week cleaning.

Brilliant

Very well organised. Clean, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Location was brilliant as as bus, tram and metro all within a short walking distance. Buy a ticket at the metro and top it up, if needed. A third of the price than pay as you go. It can be used on all public transports including the train and ferry. The apartment was so quiet and the 2 balconies were a good size. Would definitely recommend this. 10/10

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment and the views were amazing. The two wonderful outdoor spaces were great. Close proximity to two bus stops and the metro station is a short walk. Grocery store and restaurants are also close by.

Idéal pour visiter Lisbonne

Bien desservi et calme. L’appartement est lumineux, décoré avec goût, les chambres et les sanitaires de qualité et la terrasse est appréciable après des balades un peu fatigantes ( ça grimpe beaucoup) Le must, l’ascenseur arrive directement à l’appartement.

Komfortable Wohnung im Zentrum Lissabons

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser modernen und komfortablen Wohnung in Lissabon verbracht. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Check in waren völlig unkompliziert. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Lissabon sind von dort aus zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in nächster Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Aufgrund der guten Klimaanlage/Heizung können wir diese Wohnung auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter empfehlen.
