"Villa Stravanata" with swimming Pool - car available - outdoor heated hot tub

The "Villa Stravanata" will be rented in its entirety exclusively starting from April 2024
Villa Stravanata, which sleeps 13, is surrounded by nature and is located in the renowned Villaggio Delle Mimose, a charming and peaceful place for a relaxing holiday that also offers the opportunity for mountain excursions.
The property consists of the villa and its approximately 2,000 square meter garden.
The villa is spread over two floors, totaling 160 square meters:

- Ground floor
There is a main entrance and one at the rear, connected to the large veranda. A living room with a large sofa, TV, and a dining room with seating for up to 13 people; a large kitchen equipped with all amenities (dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, combined gas and induction hob, and coffee pod machine); a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower; and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

– Upper Floor
2 connecting rooms (1 double bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom with two single beds)

A second bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, and bidet; a third bathroom with toilet, sink, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The villa has Wi-Fi internet access and four air conditioning units.

The Pools and Garden
In the large garden, guests have access to two swimming pools:

– A very large pool (15 x 7 meters) with a diving board and a depth of 1.20 to 2.10 meters, with a relaxation area, sun loungers, a bar with a refrigerator, and a gazebo.
– A spa area with a heated hydromassage pool for 7 people, offering moments of pure relaxation in an intimate and private setting, with suggestive light effects thanks to chromotherapy and an emotional waterfall designed to stimulate the senses. The space is completed by an elegant and comfortable lounge, all in a covered setting with attention to the smallest detail, ideal for rejuvenation in any season.

The 2000 m² garden offers plenty of space, with two barbecue areas and two gazebos, table tennis, and table football. The entire area is surrounded by large fir, pine, and eucalyptus trees, which provide natural shade for a few hours during the day, creating a fresh and pleasant environment even on the hottest days.

Every morning at 8:00 a.m., the swimming pools are quietly cleaned (included in the price).

The Location
The location of the house is very strategic, as it is halfway between the beaches of eastern Sardinia (Villasimius) and western Sardinia (Chia).
The owners are always available for any need.
