Wonderful Summer holiday

Villa was great and worked very well for a family. Wonderful beach is only a 3 minute walk away (beach has shallow incline and works brilliantly for young children). Local amenities also include a great restaurant and useful supermarket. Villa has large grounds and outdoor space and the veranda worked really well for relaxing. Villa has all the equipment and facilities that you would expect. Would recommend for a family / large group.

Great family villa

Everything was great. Property big, nice pool, kitchen well equiped, big garden with lot of space for whole family to relax and have some space. Getting garbage to certain locations its tricky, would be easier, if we didnt have to deal with it.. Only thing we were missing was more options to eat out and try some sardinian quisine and fresh fish. We didnt find any restaurant with fish of the day option… other that that great vacation!

We loved the location and the villa. So close to a great beach, local supermarket and bar/restaurant. We only used our hire car once in the week. I would have given 5 stars but there is a problem with mosquitos which I know is beyond the control of the owner but if we had been warned we could have brought repellant and more suitable clothing. Also the garbage collection information was wrong. The fridge struggled to deal with the heat.

We had an amazing week staying at Villa Alba. The pool, gardens, and outdoor seating were the highlights, and provided plenty of space and seating for a group of 8 adults. There was almost a different place to sit each evening that we were there.Prior to arriving in Sardinia, Michele provided lots of documentation on the property and also recommendations on things to do, nearby ammenities, and restaurants which was really well documented. We were able to check-in early at 2pm rather than 4pm, which was great after an early flight.The kitchen is relatively small, but is well configured, with lots of hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. BBQ outside which we used on one evening to cook fish we bought from the fishmonger only a two minute walk away from the villa.There's also a supermarket, bar, and restaruant only two minutes from the villa as well.All the bedrooms and the lounge/indoor dining area have AC. Towels provided, but not toiletteries so make sure you bring/buy your own.The main attraction is really the outdoor area, it is fantastic. Beautiful garden with colourful flowers and trees, pool was clean, and lots of places to sit (in the sun or under shade). There's also a beach with crystal clear water at the end of the road as well which we spent a lot of time at.I would definitely recommend staying here, perfect for large families or groups.

Attraktives Haus, ruhiges und ungestörtes Plätzchen. Super Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Wenn die Eltern mal nicht am Strand sein können, ist für die Kinder der Pool ein toller Ersatz.

Positiv:Reibungslose Kommunikation, Villa super gelegen: wenige Meter zum schönen Sandstrand, ein Laden mit nettem Personal, wo es an nichts fehlt bezüglich Lebensmitteln etc. Daneben ein sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant mit guten Pizzen, Fisch, Fleisch…Küche gut ausgestattet mit grossem Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler. Super Raumaufteilung für zwei Familien, genügend Platz für 9 Personen.Umschwung grandios und sehr schön. Für uns und auch für unseren Hund wunderbar dank eingezäuntem Grundstück.- Negativ:Die Betten sind durchgelegen, die Sauberkeit (bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von Euro 250.-) war etwas mangelhaft im Haus und beim Pool.Mückenmittel Pflichtprogramm, da es aufgrund der üppigen Vegetation im Garten viele Mücken im und ums Haus hat. Auch Wespen waren rege vertreten.

Toller Aufenthalt mit Kindern und Freunden

Wir waren von der Lage und Außenanlage des Objektes begeistert.Das Haus an sich bietet alles, was für einen Aufenthalt als Familie braucht.Lediglich die Betten/Matratzen könnten ein Upgrade vertragen.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten und Pool in wunderbarer Lage

Alles perfekt: unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sehr schönes Anwesen mit großem Garten und schönem Pool, 100 m vom Meer entfernt, 1 min zu lokalem kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurant. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch gerade was Küchenutensilien etc betrifft. Liebevolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Mooie feestelijke vakantieweek

Het huis was heerlijk ruim voor ons. 3 stellen met hond en kind. De omgeving was prima, dicht bij het strand en dichtbij een restaurantje en winkeltje. Er waren echter in de buurt enkele zwaar verwaarloosde huizen die het iets unheimisch maakten. Ons huis was echter prachtig, goed verzorgd en met een fijn zwembad, dat begin mei dus ook al open was!
