This antique chalet with all modern amenities and peaceful surroundings is a rare find. It is very close to the River Arve. A walk along the riverbank is one of the most popular activities among travellers and locals alike. The nearest shop, supermarket and restaurant are about a 6-minute drive from the house. During the summer season, guests can explore the many hiking and trekking routes of various difficulty levels around the chalet.

Argentière in the Chamonix valley is a winter sports destination of international repute. The property serves as a convenient base for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. It is only a kilometre from the nearest ski lift. There is also a golf and a tennis club close to the chalet.

The Montroc le Planet train station is within walking distance, while the Argentière train station is a 4-minute drive by car. Argentière and Chamonix town centres are both within a short drive from the house, where guests can drink, dine and shop to their hearts’ content. There are also some ski and bike rental shops here.
