Perfectly adequate for us 3 friends to share for a few days. Enjoyable

The location is brilliant for the beach and restaurants/bars and you have a fantastic view. Also very quiet. Bathroom was well appointed but smelt slightly mouldy as if the water was laying under the shower tray? It went when we ran the shower but would come back overnight. Single beds are very hard! Bit difficult picking up the keys when you didn’t know the location

Ample storage options and sufficient kitchenware to facilitate a long stay. Sufficient heating to also spend colder days during the winter period. Prompt follow-up and good service from the office. The furniture is somewhat outdated and could use a refresh. Too many ornaments and knick-knacks, sometimes less is better

Great apartment with stunning view and minor niggles

The apartment was clean and very well equipped, if a little dated in decor&#47colour. The aerial view directly onto the promenade and beach was spectacular and the sliding windows opened wide to provide an airy vista. The AC was good and there are two TVs - in the front room ( with some open Netflix accounts) and bedroom. The shower was reasonably hot. Two sets of keys were provided. Sofa was reasonably comfortable and there is a table and chairs you can probably do without. It also has a radio cassette&#47CD player. Loads of towels and spare blankets. Amenities included folding chairs, lightweight loungers for the beach, vacuum, drying rack, everything basically. Good wi-fi. Minutes from the main strip but without the noise, just the sound of the waves. The layout means the bedroom with two single beds is a bit claustrophobic but there is a sliding window that opens into the front room and there is also a ceiling fan. The beds were pretty hard and not particularly comfortable. The shower bracket was insecure and allowed the head to rotate on the wall. The built-in hairdryer constantly cut out. A welcome pack of tea and coffee would have been nice though most don&#39t do it.

Una estancia maravillosa frente al mar

Está muy bien situado, entre el Racó de l'Oix y la playa de Levante y tiene unas vistas increíbles. La puesta de sol es espectacular. El apartamento está muy limpio y bien equipado. Y , además, incluye la disponibilidad del garaje, lo que facilita todo mucho más. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.
