This charming annexe rests in Burwash near Heathfield and can sleep four people in one bedroom and with one sofa bed.
Stables Cottage is a fantastic annexe within the grounds of the owner's home, in Burwash near Heathfield. The property has one king-size double bedroom,a s well as a sofa bed, sleeping four guests. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for 3 cars, as well as an enclosed patio and gravel garden with table and chairs, barbecue and a fire pit with seating. Stables Cottage is a lovely property for enjoying the countryside and coastline of Sussex.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ, gravelled area with seating and fire pit. Use of owner's private paddock with seating and fire pit. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 1.4 miles. Note: The bathroom can only be accessed via the king-size double bedroom.

Town: Heathfield is a market town in Sussex with a busy town centre, offering a good selection of shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs. One of the most popular visitor attractions in the area is the Cuckoo Trail, a track for walkers and cyclists, with horses allowed on some of the sections. Scattered around Heathfield are several towns, villages and hamlets including Rushlake Green, with its picturesque village green and quaint pub serving excellent local food. For a day out to remember why not visit the National Trust-owned home of Rudyard Kipling, Batemans? Eastbourne, Hastings and Bexhill on Sea are all less than a 30-minute drive offering a selection of wonderful beaches, so you can enjoy a day at the coast.
