Your home away from home is the recently renovated, fully furnished front unit with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home is furnished with two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Amenities:
Enjoy a private entrance to the living room that is equipped with a 55-inch LED Smart Fire TV. Each of the two bedrooms are fitted with comfortable queen beds and a 40-in LED Smart TV to conveniently enjoy your favorite apps with your login information. Among the other amenities, you will have access to necessary items including but not limited to the following: fast WiFi, kitchenware, a well-stocked coffee bar with a dual coffee maker with complementary K-cups and grounds, snacks and bottled water, washer and dryer in unit, ample street parking, toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies, and more upon request.
The Neighborhood:
Located only 3 blocks away from St. Charles Avenue and the streetcar line, your stay will put you in the Historic Central City Neighborhood. Experience the diversity and rich tradition that New Orleans has to offer. If you are in town on Sunday afternoons, don't be surprised to see a Second Line Parade pass right in front of the space. Whether it's the Fairgrounds, the French Quarter, the Superdome, or the Magazine street shops, guests will be conveniently located in close proximity to everything the city has to offer.
Getting Round:
If you have a car, there is generally ample street parking right in front of the space. You'll be about 10-15 minute drive to the Central Business District, French Quarter, and Superdome and less than 5 mins to Magazine Street. If you prefer to walk, the St. Charles Streetcar Line is a 5 minute walk. The streetcar passes every 15 minutes or so, and brings you right into the heart of the city. Magazine street is a 10-12 minute walk at a leisurely pace. Lyfts or Ubers are also readily available within minutes.
