Perfect base to explore Mallorca

Lovely quiet location near many charming towns and beaches. Accommodation perfect for our family of 5, nice indoor and outdoor spaces, very clean and with quality finishing.

We can’t rate this villa any better. It’s situated only a few minutes from Pollença twin dented yet gives you plenty of privacy. The house itself was beautifully furnished, comfortable and the Aircon worked well (it takes a little getting used to the instructions!). The swimming pool is sensational - I think it used solar heating so was never cold and you can literally stay in all day. The BBQ was a work of art - the old fashioned sloping type, but once we got used to it we had amazing meal. Check in was say and contactless as was check out. We will definitely be booking back here next year.

Thank you so much for your fantastic 10/10 review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the villa, its privacy, comfortable interiors and, of course, the sensational swimming pool. 😊 It’s also great to know that you made the most of the BBQ and enjoyed some memorable meals during your holiday. We really appreciate your comments about the air conditioning instructions too and will keep this in mind for future guests. We’re especially happy to hear that you’re planning to return next year. It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Pollença! ☀️🏡

Excellent

We loved staying at Villa Can Suau Petit. The villa fit out was excellent, it was clean and perfect for a small family to have a very relaxing holiday. Highly recommended. We were kept awake by the next door neighbours. I do think there needs to be more done between the home owners to limit rowdy guests staying.

Magnifique villa
