The location and authenticity of the house
The cleanness of the patio, lounge and kitchen. The outside patio and terrace were dusty. The washing machine corner dusty. The washing machine and dryer should be properly clean. The sofas in the outside lounge were pissed by neighbors cat. The kitchen utility was not very clean. The bathroom upstairs cannot be use as shower, needs curtains or a glas door where the shower is place. The air-conditioned make a tremendous noise every 30 seconds, what make imposible to fall . There should be air-conditioned in the seating room, there shine the sun all the time, instead of air-condition in the dinning room
