Sharon Cottage includes a large half bath off the kitchen/mud room with washer and dryer. Kitchen features gas range, dish washer, coffee maker and all your basic supplies. There is a sitting and dining area open to the kitchen - the most popular room in the house. The front parlor has a beautiful bay window and large bi-fold doors that open up to the rear parlor. Rear parlor has a twin daybed for additional sleeping. Upstairs you will find a large full bath with lots of storage and tub-shower. The first of three bedrooms has two twin beds, second bedroom as an iron double bed, and third bedroom has a queen platform bed and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have window fans to circulate air and keep things cool. The new outdoor shower is great for rinsing off beach sand (a must for preservation of the plumbing) or for a shower under the stars. The yard is roomy and flat for games and there is a shaded patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The beautiful So. County bike path runs directly behind the house, and there is a bike shop (Stedmans) from which you can rent bikes just one block from the house. Wi-fi is provided.
