Newly built studio apartment in Wakefield, Rhode Island – a 10 minute drive to Narragansett Beach or the University of Rhode Island. Easy access to the Block Island ferry and all of the tourist sites of Newport. On a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants – walking distance to Whaler’s Brewing. Attached studio apartment with private parking and private entrance. Full kitchenette with brand new fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Very large walk-in shower with glass door, new bathroom vanity and toilet. Remote controlled AC/heating unit and ceiling fan. Apartment has a private washer/dryer unit. Full cable and wireless internet. Comfortable for two adults with queen bed and a small futon (5 feet in length) to accommodate one child.

This was a great place for a weekend getaway close to the beaches and multiple things to do restaurants and not far from a lot of amenities. Cleanliness and communication was amazing. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Studio Apt. is definitely excellent, air conditioned and has Fios cable TV. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is really nice. Kitchen is complete with all the utensils. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which is a plus. We've stayed several times and can easily recommend booking your stay here.

Well-appointed apartment

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was beautifully finished as a bonus. Especially appreciated there was a full fridge/freezer, quality air conditioning, beautiful tile bathroom, comfortable bed. We enjoyed all the area has to offer including Jayd Bun, Whalers brewery (these were a good combo), distillery, coast guard house, Celeste, Surf Shack, Samudro Micro Spa, Wakefield Art Festival (June), Black Point Trail, Tri Pond Nature Center, walks along the towers, downtown Wakefield (Brickley’s Ice Cream, Saugatucket Park, The Glass Station).

This property was absolutely stellar! The check in and out was so simple and the hosts had lots of great information. The room is just right for a couple of people and very clean with perfect amenities. Just a wonderful experience! I'm going back!

Needed a place to crash and had enjoyed my weekend stay a few months ago. Was able to book again. Comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. And the Halloween decorations were great!

A true Gem

I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, close to both URI and the beaches, making it super convenient for students or beach lovers. The room itself has a luxury feel and was spotlessly clean, which made it even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The small kitchen, along with a washer and dryer, had everything I needed for a short or long-term stay. Highly recommended!

Cute and clean!

I completely loved this little cottage style studio. It was exactly as shown and Kim and Chris are great hosts! Location is in a super quiet neighborhood close to stores, restaurants, and beaches! I have already recommended this to someone and would return! I especially like that bed linens and towels were included and I didn’t get robbed on all kinds of additional fees.

Wonderful in every way!

A perfect place for business or pleasure. I was traveling alone on business, but this property would be ideal for a couple and one small child. The property was spotless and had all the amenities I needed! The host was extremely friendly and responsive. This is a beautiful little corner of Rhode Island that I had never visited, and there is plenty to do. I hope to return, and this property will be the first place I check.

Property is owned and managed by a professional, married couple with long standing ties to Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We live in the main house behind the apartment. There is only one shared wall between the apartment and the main house. We invested in extra sound proofing for your privacy and ours.
