Across the street from the Ponte Vecchio!

We had a wonderful week in Florence. We arrived 2 hours before the check in time and Francesco, our host, met us early which was a great convenience. The apt was cute, clean, and comfortable with all the conveniences and good WiFi. It’s a perfect location!

Convenient. Very good location. Very helpful check in process. Responsive. Appears more spacious than it is. A/C works but is temperamental. Skeleton key entrance scared us a few times that we would not be able to re-enter the apt. Could use paper towels, silverware. The place goes the extra mile to please but it’s a tight fit for overweight Americans.

The Right Location

This was a lovely place. Centrally located. Plenty of parking garages walking distance if you end up driving in. The apartment is right above a convenience store and a cafe so you have everything at your disposal. Host is wonderful. Place is clean and the AC works perfectly. Shower is a bit small but typical for a European apartment. I would stay again.

Our vacation

The property location was exactly where we wanted to be in relation to where our daughter was staying for her study abroad program. The place was pretty clean aside from the floors. Getting luggage to the apartment was a but rough as the elevator wasn’t working. All in all it was fine for what we needed as we spent most of our time soaking in Florence.

The apartment is neither bright nor spacious as it appears on the listing.The apartment's common area is very small and dark.In the second bedroom, the bed was not properly made and the pillows were without pillowcases. Upon request, they arrived quickly.The washing machine didn't work properly.It wasn't a good experience for us.The location is good, right next to the Ponte Vecchio, and there's a supermarket next door.

Perfect location

Great spot near everything you’ll need. The getting into and leaving the unit is weird as you have a key that turns on and off the electrical and it’s in the same key chain as the front gate and front door. You literally need to use the flash on your phone so you can see the lock to open and close the door. You also need to remember to bring laundry and dish soap as none is provided. Other than that good spot

Great Location but could use some TLC

This apartment had the best location. 10 minute walk from everywhere. Very very safe. But the bathroom has no shelving (none at all) and the shower head is an issue ( it faces the door and sprinkles you wet when you turn it on. It's actually a simple fix if they installed the right shower head from above instead of in the center of the shower at half way down the frame of the shower. The mattress dips severely in the center in second bedroom. Desperately Needs a new mattress. If these item were addressed, the apartment would move up two notches.

Apt, as advertised, Contact terrible.

3:00PM appointment to let us into the apartment, He did not show until 3:20. We were outside, on a busy street waiting with our suitcases. He does not like to return phone calls. There was no hot water in the apartment. We tried calling several times from mid-morning of the second day with no answer finally mid-afternoon we got a reply that he'd look into it. Before we got back to the apartment we tried calling several times to see if the situation was resolved but he never answered his phone. It was not until we got back at 11:00PM and turned on a faucet that we found out it had been taken care of. It's a shame, it could have been a very nice experience if he'd only been punctual and knew how to communicate with clients.

Excellent location steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect little apartment close to everything even a grocery store next door. The best gelato is up the street at Strega Nocciola Check in was very friendly, simple and convenient. We took a quick taxi ride from the train. The only complaint was the washing machine wasn’t working properly which was a minor inconvenience. Great apartment would definitely stay there again.
