Thanks to its strategic location, this space offers easy access to all local attractions.
Located in a historic building on the other side of the Arno, just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio, we are on the second floor, with no elevator (there are 36 steps to climb).
The house has just been renovated, preserving its Florentine charm—such as the terracotta flooring and exposed beams—along with the antique furniture.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The house features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room overlooking Via Borgo San Jacopo with a relaxation area (fiber internet, smart TV), and a dining table.
From the living room, a wooden spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there are two single beds.
The kitchenette is very compact but has everything you need to enjoy your stay: an induction cooktop (along with pots and pans), a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer, cutlery, glasses for water and wine, cups, and coffee mugs.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a cabinet containing a hair dryer and a first-aid kit (please note that the bathroom door is 170 cm high by 50 cm wide—it’s small).
Adjacent to the double bedroom is a small room containing a washing machine.
The home’s air conditioning system provides heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
