There are two bedrooms in the third-floor apartment including a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds with an en-suite shower room and a king-size also with an en-suite shower room, sleeping six guests in total. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with a private balcony. Outside are communal gardens and a shared outdoor swimming pool, as well as a designated parking space in the car park for one car and mooring. 37 The Salcombe is a beautiful holiday home to base your escape to the coast.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,TV and WiFi available in the reception area. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated parking space in car park for one car.
