Villa Vall d'en Marc is located in the beautiful Marc Valley, this impressive farmhouse-style villa boasts incredible views of the surrounding mountains within its own plot of land, ensuring that guests enjoy complete privacy. The villa is located a few kilometres from the charming town of Pollensa, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.



Built with authentic local honey-coloured stone, with windows and doors framed by traditional shutters, the villa could easily be mistaken for an old Mallorcan farmhouse, with exposed wooden beams and whitewashed interior walls. The cool stone floor ensures that guests enjoy comfortable temperatures even in the summer heat, aided by the charming French doors that can be opened to welcome soft breezes.



On the ground floor, the spacious living room and dining room, flooded with natural light by no less than three sets of patio doors, opens directly onto a covered terrace where an outdoor dining area can accommodate wonderful al fresco meals. Relaxing sofas, satellite television and a DVD player provide the means for relaxed evenings after a day of sightseeing or walking on the beach.



The traditional-style kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and a spacious worktop. The kitchen has a full oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, and a kettle.



The villa has four simple yet elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower lined with attractive limestone tiles. The downstairs room has doors that open directly onto the garden terrace, while each upstairs room has access to a balcony or upper terrace from which the magnificent countryside views can be enjoyed. All rooms are bright and airy.



When going out to the grassy gardens, you will find the fabulous private swimming pool of the house that shines brightly, a luxurious turquoise oasis in this charming rustic setting. A ping-pong table is available for anyone looking for a bit of light competition.



The Villa Vall d'en Marc can accommodate up to 8 people. (Travel cot and high chair FREE available upon request).



Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Tourist tax is included in the price.

Important information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
