Two-room apartment on two levels with entrance on the ground floor, comfortable and bright, recently renovated, intimate and typical atmosphere in characteristic streets with stone walls and stairways; close to the lake, well connected to Como and the main tourist attractions, ideal for a pleasant holiday, immersed in the beauty of the nature of Lake Como. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with television, wifi, air conditioning and convenient private parking for a fee (€20 per day). There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay.
