Four blocks to the beach and also four blocks to Rehoboth Avenue. 3 bedroom with 2 baths, new hardwood floors, cute back yard with patio and a new outside shower. Off street parking for two cars. A great value for size and location.

*This is a pet friendly home with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet.

Needs cleaned and major updates. Please cover the BR windows

Home smells old, needs cleaned and updated. Not worth the money which I paid for the week. This home does not feel like a beach home; it feels like a fixer upper home. The bedroom windows need coverings of some sort. The bedroom pillows were stained from droll..disgusting. I had to buy new ones and a bunch of cleaning supplies. The management company was made aware of all the issues upon arrival and the following day, I just gave up. The community was very nice and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. This home has potential and should be offered once all renovations are complete. Although, there is never an excuse for a lack of cleanliness and having nothing covering the bedroom windows.

Owner's Response: We certainly do not wish for a guest to have an experience like this. The rental units are individually owned and operated. These suggestions have been shared with the owner and several corrections are already in the works. The windows have been covered with blinds, thank you for that suggestion. great location for walking everywhere, pet friendly, home not clean and in disrepair

The best thing about this home was the downtown location, being pet friendly and the wifi. The home wasn't clean. The kitchen counters & cabinet shelves were dusty, the cooking utensils and dishes needed cleaned before using, there was a light bulb missing above the sink & the dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet every time the door was opened to load/unload dishes. There were limited cooking utensils, 1 mixing bowl (which we used as a wash basin because the sink couldn't be plugged to wash dishes), & no hot pads. All of the appliances worked well. The bedrooms were spacious, limited lighting in the hall bathroom, the closet door in the master bedroom needs repaired & the master bathroom's toilet needed plunged every 3-4 flushes. There were no curtains on any of the bedroom windows & only 1 bathroom mat for exiting the tub. The washer/dryer were convenient and worked well. The a/c worked well and kept the home cool and the back yard provided nice privacy. The driveway had enough room for 2 cars which was nice! The managing realtor was efficient and responded quickly to my concerns. She delivered a much needed plunger to the residence within the hour of my email & also had a gas grill delivered to the home. The original rental agreement listed a charcoal grill which wasn't on site, but the realtor responded to my concerns and had a gas grill delivered by our 3rd day. Again, the location can't be beat! We walked or biked everywhere and didn't have to drive or pay for parking. We'd consider returning to this property if the owner would make the above repairs/upgrades. Also, a screened in porch would be nice to be able to sit outside in the evenings!
