Located approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach, a great location for walking to everything downtown. This rental includes 4 separate units with individual entrances. This is a perfect rental for a large family or friends that want to be together and still have their own private space. All 4 units have their own kitchen facility and the home includes parking for 2 cars in the driveway and an additional 2 on street parking permits.

The front home, downstairs unit, includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The front home, upstairs unit, includes 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. The downstairs, back apartment, has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The upstairs, back apartment, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a screened in porch on the downstairs front unit plus an enclosed porch. The upstairs front unit has a front and rear deck.
*This is a non smoking home. Pets are not permitted.

***Guests are required to purchase the $70 damage insurance provide by host. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $525.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum that an agent will provide for you upon booking.

Fabulous Rental for Families

We had a great time at our stay in Rehoboth. The house was clean and plenty of space for our growing family. It was also the perfect spot in walking distance to beach and the heart of downtown for shops and restaurants. Highly reccomend.

The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything in town and to the beach so easily. It was amazing for us and the three families we travelled with to park our cars on the first day and not need to get back into them again until we were leaving. The rooms worked perfectly to enable everyone to sleep comfortably and even with 13 people in the house we never felt crowded or that there were not enough bathrooms for everyone to use.

Place was so close to the boardwalk that it was so easy to take a stroll or get a bite to eat. Place was clean and had all the basic necessities that we needed. The property manager was easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great place for family to gather!

My husband, three children, son in law and grand children had a wonderful time together. The house was spacious enough for us to spend time together, but also spread out enough for everyone to enjoy space in small groups or alone. Terrific location, close to beach, restaurants and shops!

Rental was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, dishes and cookware. Even though we brought our own basic supplies (dish & hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc) the owner kindly had some available. Great location to town!

So convenient and plenty of space!

We had a great stay in Rehoboth! The house was big enough for our family of 10 to spread out as well as spend time together. We had some early risers who could move around without waking up the whole house. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we spent most of our time on the awesome screened in porch. We loved being able to leave our car in the driveway and walk to town, restaurants, and the beach.

Great location with easy access to the beach and town. Loved having private parking in the driveway which fits 3 cars. Liked the porch too! The bunk beds were not sleepable since the mattresses were paper thin and springs were squeaky. The other beds were fine but all the furniture could use updating. Furniture was a mishmash of used stuff probably from a yard sale. Kitchen was nice, updated and all appliances were new. Kitchen was well stocked. Keep in mind there are only 2 full baths and 1 half for six bedroom, it was fine for the long weekend but would have been hard for a full week. I would stay again with less people than max occupancy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great sunny week at the beach with all of our children and grandchildren.Loved the 4 separate units on the same property. It really gave everyone the down time they needed with their family.Would rent this again because of location. And quantity of people that can stay there!
