The front home, downstairs unit, includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The front home, upstairs unit, includes 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. The downstairs, back apartment, has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The upstairs, back apartment, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a screened in porch on the downstairs front unit plus an enclosed porch. The upstairs front unit has a front and rear deck.

***Guests are required to purchase the $70 damage insurance provide by host. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $525.00.
