Welcome to Villa Thalia, a charming retreat nestled within the scenic Phaistos Villas complex. This beautiful two-story stone villa, crafted with local materials in the traditional Cretan style, offers privacy, comfort, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Villa Thalia is part of a three-villa complex built on various levels, allowing each residence to enjoy independent spaces and unspoiled views. A shared 40 m² swimming pool, centrally located within the complex, invites guests from each villa to relax and unwind.



Ideal for groups or families, Villa Thalia accommodates up to six guests. The villa’s two spacious bedrooms are located on the upper floor, featuring high, wooden-beamed ceilings and thick stone walls for a naturally cool and calming environment. The upper floor also includes a modern bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen open to a traditionally styled dining and sitting area, complete with a sofa bed for two additional guests.



The villa offers two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds 90 x 200 cm each), a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a full bathroom on the upper floor, and a WC on the ground floor. For families traveling with infants, high chairs and cots are available upon request. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a DVD player, along with air conditioning throughout the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering needs. In addition, the shared 1.5 m deep swimming pool includes sunbeds, pool towels, and an outdoor shower. Outdoor living spaces include a shaded dining and sitting area. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, and security system.

The complex is just 50 minutes from Heraklion International Airport “N. Kazantzakis” and approximately two hours from Chania Airport.
