You are just a leisurely 10-15-minute walk away or why not take the sea route, there are several beach clubs providing a regular water taxi service that takes you across to the harbour itself.
Villa La Vie is an exquisite 5 bedroom villa with heated pool option, sleeping up to 13 and located in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan. The villa offers spectacular uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay towards the town, along with a number of amenities and added extras. These include two outdoor salt water pools, one a large infinity pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, gym, games room and electricity generator.

Ground Floor
As you enter the ground floor you are greeted with a contemporary open-plan living space and kitchen.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and water cooler. The dining table can seat 10 guests and sliding glass panel doors give direct access to the pool terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchair and smart TV.

There is a double sea view bedroom with en-suite room on this level, with sliding doors leading out onto the pool terrace. A good sized sauna and spa area with a separate shower room are also located on this floor.

First Floor
This floor houses 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin. The two double bedrooms are en suite with fabulous sea view balconies The twin bedroom shares a balcony with one of doubles. The bathroom for the twin bedroom is just across the hallway, as is the hammam which is accessed through this bathroom. A separate utility room houses the large capacity washing machine and drier can also be found on this floor for your convenience.

Step outside to the outdoor built-in heated jacuzzi which takes 6-8 people. A great feature is the integral ice buckets for drinks, so you can sip your favourite tipple, relax and enjoy the view. This is a wonderful space from which to enjoy the stunning sea views across Kalkan Bay and can be accessed from either the front double bedroom, or external stairs that lead up from the pool terrace.

Second Floor: Entrance Level
The main entrance door to the villa is off the landing on this floor and there are steps leading up to the street above which offers a relatively flat walk into the Old Town, and cuts out the steep parts of Komurluk.

This floor hosts 1 double en-suite bedroom with access to the impressive large furnished roof terrace with far-reaching views, and table tennis equipment for all to enjoy.

Lower Ground Floor: Street Level

There is a separate games room at street level which can keep you entertained all day, complete with a TV, playstation and various other activity games, plus a sofa bed and en-suite shower room.

Villa La Vie also has the advantage that it can be accessed either from the street above or from the street below which has a garage with automatic doors. Through the gate on the lower street level there is also a small gym before stairs lead up to the pool terrace.

Outside
The extremely lovely and spacious pool terrace is laid out to take full advance of the stunning scenery from all angles; the perfect place to watch the sun rise and set. The large infinity pool (9m x 4m) has integral steps plus a shallow area for children to splash around or put your sunbed. There is also a raised jacuzzi. Like the other jacuzzi on the first floor, this one and the pool can be heated. Beyond the jacuzzi is a waterfall feature and a seating area from which to enjoy views across to the harbour and the Old Town.

Sun loungers with parasols are spaced around the pool. Under the shaded terrace is an outdoor bar and kitchenette with built in BBQ and drinks fridge, as well as a dining table with 10 chairs on which to enjoy alfresco dining. A poolside shower is also provided.

In summary, this villa has pretty much every convenience and touches of luxury to make your holiday as restful and enjoyable as possible.
Notes
The bedrooms all have blackout curtains to help ensure a full nights sleep.
It is equipped with an electricity generator as a back-up in case of emergencies.
The pool & gardens are maintained daily by a reliable, discreet team. The pool and jacuzzi heating is complimentary when the external temperature is below 22 degrees. The villa is also cleaned twice weekly, not just once.

If you have very young children in your party, a cot and high chair can be provided on request.

The owners provide complimentary daily loaves of bread and 2 bags ice deliveries, plus a fresh water-cooler bottle twice a week.
