This beautiful apartment is just over 50 meters from the Central Market of Valencia. It is an apartment for tourist use, completely renovated and is divided into two floors. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom, bathroom and a terrace and on the lower floor, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The apartment has a central air conditioning and heating system on the lower floor and a split in the bedroom of the upper floor. The windows are double glazed so it is quiet. Excellently located in the center of downtown Valencia, close to everything!

Perfect!!

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Super clean and modern right in the middle of it all. Restaurants and shops right outside your front door. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

A unique experience

It was just great to be in this flat in the center of the city just opposite to the markt. The communication was very easy to get the keys and for any help! The street was quiet and in the warm summer the air conditioning was welcome! I enjoyed my stay there very much!

Excellent location within the old town, the street felt quiet in the day time but a few steps away and one was immediately in the thriving cafe environment. A very friendly and warm greeting upon arrival and we were showed around the property to let us know where everything was. We were also allowed to access the property (and given the keys) slightly earlier than expected which was a nice bonus. 2 bathrooms and a nice layout of the apartment with the bedroom on the upper floor. The kitchen also had all the equipment and appliances we needed. Lift access was a huge bonus, especially when arriving slightly tired with lots of luggage. Nice fixtures and fittings and we liked the design of the apartment which was exactly to our aesthetic taste.

The apartment is located in the heart of Valencia‘s city centre, just a couple of steps from the Central Market. You get anywhere by foot. It has a lovely terrasse. Francisco (the host) is very kind and well organized. The wifi worked very well, we were provided with lot of local tips. The grocery store is 2 min away.
