great!!!

the apartment is new and furnished with new furniture. the location is perfect. center of old town. eat, shop, sight see without a car. if you do have a car, there is underground safe parking. javier was very cordial and helpful with the few issues that came up. we were here for 34 nights. no question, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Host was nice and responsive.The noise levels from the restaurant below made sleeping before 1:00 am very difficult.The bedrooms are small but manageable. The location is terrific, restaurants, bars, the market all within a couple of minutes walk.

Super mooi en net appartement, Javier was top en zeer behulpzaam. Komen zeker terug. Buurt geweldig en top Italiaans restaurant Le Favole beneden appartement. Oude stad Valencia blijft geweldig.

Central position in Valencia

A very convenient central position in the Old City. Located in an apartment above a very good Italian Restaurant. Some noise from the restaurant in the evening, but no more than expected as this is a central location close to the main Market

The host was an excellent gentleman. Javiersuper is a very nice man who is patient, well committed and always reacts with solutions when you need him. The flat was very clean, very central and provides all you need for a holiday like ours. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattresses of the beds. They are not very comfortable. We woke up with back pain everyday. Al was good otherwise.

Great apartment in an unbeatable location

We had a lovely (but too short!) stay in Valencia. Javier could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, with good beds and excellent shower. Since we wanted the windows open for the gorgoeus night air, we were a bit disturbed at night by noise from the restaurant, and early morning garbage pickup. But that is life in the city. The location was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed, and Javier was a terrific host. It was a great stay in a beautiful city.

A convenient and comfortable apartment

We were very impressed with the thoughtful way the apartment was furnished and equipped, even to the kitchen utensils. The place was clean. It looks out onto a small park with a children’s playground and it was pleasant having a view of trees in the centre of the city. And sooo close to the central market. Javier was a helpful host.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Javier's apartment, just one minute's walk from the Central Market. The lodging is much larger than it appears in the photos. Very modern. The AC works well and the shutters and sliding doors help to control the heat from the intense Valencia sun. The only problem we had was the size of the second bedroom - the two twin beds take up most of the floor space and there is very little room to move. (I would suggest one queen bed would be better?) Javier was great to work with, very quick to respond to questions. The restaurant below is fantastic!

Wonderful time in a great location

Javier was a wonderful host, very understanding, and the apartment was beautiful. Worked with me through various check-ins and technical issues and gave great recommendations on things to do and restaurants. The apartment was clean, very centrally located, and had plenty of space for the four of us. would absolutely book with him again.

Steps from Central Market

This apartment is in a great location, downstairs is a very good Italian restaurant and around the corner is the beautiful Mercat Central of Valencia. There was always something going on in the area. It’s a little tricky to find if you’re unfamiliar with Valencia, 2 taxis were unwilling to navigate the little streets, but we loved this apartment.

Lage der Wohnung perfekt, aber . . .

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, in weniger wie 2 Minuten ist der Mercat Central zu erreichen. Keine 5 Minuten zum Ajunament. Allerdings sollte jedem bewusst sein, dass die Lage nicht unbedingt Ruhe verspricht. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches bis 01:00 Uhr offen ist und Aussenplätze hat. Danach räumen die Angestellten noch auf- sehr laut werden Tische und Sonnenschirme auf dem Boden gezogen. Wir hatten einige Nächte, in denen es nach 02:00 Uhr ruhig wurde. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, es ist aber alles da was benötigt wird. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass für die Nutzung der Nespresso Maschine 0,50€ extra, pro Tasse fällig werden. Zurzeit befinden sich 3 größere Baustellen in direkter Umgebung. Daher ab morgens Baulärm. Leider wird auch in Valencia jede freie Lücke bebaut.

The apartment was amazing, clean, light and modern, perfect spot with the famous central market

The apartment was perfectly situated, minutes away from the old town, with the famous central market and the Cathedral very close, vast array of cafes, bars and restaurants to sit in a watch the world go by on those quieter moments. You can walk to the Science museum and the aquarium and to the bio park quite easily with lots to see on the way. It is a bit further to walk to the sea (other side of the park) it is worth the walk though as you see another part of the City. The beaches are sandy and clean with lots of choices of places to eat. The only down side for us was the amount of noise in the square, currently there is building work going on on three sides, which when you are out and about most days is not a problem, it starts at around 8.00am and finishes early evening Monday to Friday, and I am sure come the Summer most of the noisy building work will be finished. There is a restaurant underneath which can get noisy, we kept our windows shut, but could still hear of an evening, it did not cause too much problem, but something you need to be aware of if you have young children. However, this is city life and you cannot get away from noise and as I said once the building work is complete the apartment will look out onto a pleasant square with children’s playground and restaurant. We would certainly return, Falus was just starting when we were leaving (we had a month in the apartment) and we would return for the celebration, we got a slight taste of what was to come and cannot wait to come back and join in the celebration. A blind in the kitchen would help as at night time we felt a bit on view to the diners in the restaurant below. I could not mark the apartment down as everything was good, the heating worked tremendously and everything was new and modern. Just beware of current building work, but it will come to an end.

appartamento in posizione strategica, comodo per accedere ai mezzi e alle attrazioni. Mercat central, Cateral ecc sono a pochi minuti a piedi e in piazza si trovano bus per le varie zone della città, metropolitana e taxi. in casa c'è il necessario per starci qualche giorno e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile.

Appartement en parfait état et bien aménagé pour des vacanciers

Propriétaire sympathique,présent à notre arrivée et à l'heure fixée pour le départ. L'appartement impeccable, est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, proche du grand marché couvert et de nombreux restaurants à tapas et au dessus d'un restaurant italien que je recommande pour son accueil et sa cuisine...Nous avons circulé en bus et en métro mais surtout à pied, puisque nous étions dans le centre. Séjour très agréable dont nous gardons un bon souvenir.

Ottima posizione, casa pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario per abitare!

La casa è posta in ottima posizione centrale, supermercato vicino e silenziosa di notte. Pulita, con biancheria e tutto il necessario per cucinare,lavare. Il proprietario gentilissimo e accomodante a richieste specifiche. Da consigliare.
