Villa Montserrat es una villa de lujo de 4 dormitorios con aire acondicionado y la villa esta muy bien presentada. Esta villa está decorada y amueblada a un nivel muy alto que ofrece un lugar de vacaciones de lujo. La piscina privada está rodeada de fabulosos jardines mediterráneos y ofrece una selección de terrazas soleadas y sombreadas.



Hay 4 amplios dormitorios, 2 de los cuales tienen su propio balcón privado que ofrece magníficas vistas, 3 baños de lujo (1 de los cuales está en suite con el dormitorio principal), una cocina moderna totalmente equipada de alta calidad, un gran salón de planta abierta y comedor que ofrece acceso directo al hermoso jardín, piscina privada, caseta de barbacoa y gran terraza para tomar el sol con impresionantes vistas del campo y las montañas.



Villa Montserrat se encuentra en una tranquila zona residencial, a menos de 5 minutos a pie de un encantador bar familiar y restaurante con parque infantil, a 15-20 minutos a pie de un supermercado, una panadería y un par de bares de tapas. Hay 3 playas de arena con bandera azul, todas a 5 minutos en coche.



La nuestra oficina está ubicada en la misma urbanización, hay un numero de teléfono de emergencia las 24 horas, y todas nuestras villas están registradas y cumplen con la Ley de Turismo 159/2012. El número de registro de Villa Preciosa es: HUTTE - 000822.



Esta región de la Costa Dorada es sin duda una de las regiones más bellas y vírgenes de la costa mediterránea. Para los amantes de la playa, la costa ofrece una gran cantidad de impresionantes playas de arena dorada con bandera azul y calas tranquilas.



PORTAVENTURA, el parque temático más grande de Europa, Ferrari Land y los parques acuáticos se encuentran a 25 minutos de la villa (en coche o servicio regular de tren desde L'Ametlla de Mar). La magnífica ciudad de Barcelona está a aprox. 90 minutos de la Villa.



Los bonitos pueblos pesqueros de L'Ametlla de Mar y L'Ampolla son pueblos con mucho encanto. L'Ametlla de Mar se encuentra a unos 5-10 minutos en coche de la villa, es un destino popular para parejas y familias que regresan año tras año para disfrutar del ambiente de esta pintoresca ciudad que ha conservado su auténtico encanto. L'Ametlla de Mar ofrece una buena selección de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Un lugar ideal para tomar una copa bajo el sol o en una cálida noche en uno de los bares de tapas, restaurantes de pescado tradicionales o restaurantes internacionales del puerto.



Hay muchas otras ciudades portuarias fabulosas y pueblos de montaña llenos de cultura y tradición cerca de la Villa. Un poco más lejos encontrarás las ciudades históricas de Reus, ciudad natal de Gaudí, y Tarragona con su hermoso anfiteatro romano. Entonces sin olvidar la magnífica ciudad de Barcelona donde la influencia de Gaudí ha convertido a Barcelona en una de las ciudades más impresionantes del mundo.



Para un día de relax, la reserva natural del Delta del Ebro se encuentra a 25 minutos en coche y es realmente impresionante, es conocida mundialmente por las raras especies de fauna y aves. Las playas son increíbles, las dunas de arena se utilizaron como escenario en la película 'Sahara' protagonizada por Penélope Cruz y varios videos musicales. También hay muchas rutas para recorrer las pintorescas montañas, donde encontrará muchos pueblos de montaña muy bonitos y vistas que lo dejarán asombrados.



Golf: Hay 4 campos de golf a 30 minutos en coche de esta zona.



La locación de la villa está muy conveniente, cerca de Reus y Tarragona a solo 30 minutos, Castellón a 1 hora y 15 minutos, Barcelona a 90 minutos, Valencia y Girona también están a solo aprox. 2 horas de distancia.

Beautiful villa in a perfect small seaside village convenient to the cities but with plenty of quiet ambiance and a wonderful city market. The kitchen was amazing with anything a chef would want or need and the outdoor areas were lovely. Martin was responsive although there were very few reasons at the property to contact him. We would happily return for a future trip.

Family summer fun

Everything about the property was excellent from start to finish. The service provided by the Family Villas team exceeded our expectation. Although our check in time was 4pm when I emailed the team and asked if we could check in early due to an early flight arrival time they were brilliant. We were in the house by 1pm! The standard of furnishings and facilities in the house and the garden were excellent. Both showers were brilliant and well used during our stay and the air conditioning throughout the property was very welcome. The sunbathing terrace with luxurious loungers was loved by my teenage daughters who could get away from the family for some quiet undisturbed sunbathing as this was away from the garden and pool areas. The garden was a good size meaning my son and his dad could have a kick about or play a game of badminton. The pool was a real highlight of the property, lovely large clean pool cleaned during our stay and very well used by all. A plus was the lighting in the garden and the pool which meant we could have midnight swims after being out. All day. The gas switched off one day and we phoned the team and somebody was round within 10mins to switch over the supply. There were 2 big fridge freezers in the house which meant we only needed to do 1 big shop the day we got there. The view from the master bedroom was brilliant, you could open the electric shutters lying in your bed and as you face the window all you can see is the amazing uninterrupted view. We were 5mins away from a large supermarket by car which was excellent and stocked everything you would need. The property is located about 20mins drive in the car away from salou. I would recommend hiring a car as it makes getting around so much easier. We went to salou 3 days as we did Ferrari Land, PortAventura and the water park. Car hire was much cheaper from Salou train station than the airport. There was a shuttle bus at the airport which we took to the train station, less than 20euros for family of five and we picked the hire car up from there. It was a lovely location not far from Salou and everything you needed for a relaxing family holiday. There was a lovely local restaurant which had a real family feel today and my son enjoyed playing football and basketball with some of the local boys and other holiday makers o the evening. Could not fault the service we received and the property.

En general la casa estaba bien. Pero los colchones todos estaban muy mal. Una de las habitaciones era muy pequeña. Cuando llegamos a la casa encontramos el jardín estaba un poco descuidado y bastante sucio. No había ducha en la piscina ni manguera para refrescar las zonas del jardín. La puerta de acceso al PK no funcionaba

The garden has an automatic watering system, which is why we do not provide guests with a hose pipe to water the garden, the garden is well maintained, we do this on each changeover day, so that we do not disturb guests with lawn mowers, leaf blowers and other noisy equipment during their stay.

Maison agréable et au calme

Cette Maison est située au calme dans un quartier pavillonnaire. Elle est Climatisée et agréable malgré quelques points négatifs : - Une immense suite parentale avec dressing et salle de bain privée vs 3 petites chambres avec une qualité de matelas plus que discutable . - La maison est louée pour 8, il y a certes le nombre de couchages mais certains équipements sont pour 6 comme la table de la salle à manger. - Impossible de manger dehors le midi sous 40 degrés car il n’y a qu’un parasol et aucun Endroit à l’abri pour disposer une table de 8. - Les abords de la piscine ne sont pas Pratiques ( ils sont étroits et il y a un creux sous la terrasse qui fait place à une flaque d’eau perpétuelle) Une personne passe deux fois par personne entretenir la piscine. Il y a des terrains de pétanque à 2 minutes à pied juste à côté d’un bar restaurant très sympa. Le point noir de cette location est l’agence de location par laquelle vous devez réserver. Ils sont orientés uniquement «  business »!! Il y a des pancartes dans toute la maison, si vous cassez ceci x € prélevés sur la caution si vous endommagez cela idem... Des pénalités sont appliquées par demi heure de retard pour la restitution des clés.... J'évoquerais également leur manque de sens commercial ...Nous avions réservé avant le covid et lorsque le moment s’est présenté de se poser la question de pouvoir partir en Espagne cet ete -) Malgré l’intervention d’Abritel et la situation inédite que nous vivions ... Nous avons tout de suite compris qu’aucune annulation ou arrangement ne seraient possible si nous pas n’avions pas souscrit l’assurance !!! Nous avons même dû verser après plusieurs mails automatiques de rappel le solde de la location début juin alors qu’il aurait pu être de bon sens de décaler ce versement en fonction de l’évolution de la pandémie.

1st time reting and amazing

Many apologies to Family villa Rentals, for not writing a review sooner, they have just sent us a reminder, which has got us thinking again about what an amazing time we had there and we are now thinking about rebooking for the whole family this summer. This was our first time renting a private villa, and we had an amazing holiday. The villa is just as described and photographed, if not better. We were really wowed on arrival at the villa. We were very happy with Family Villa Rentals for their help and advice during the booking, and it was nice to know we had a 24 hour emergency call out, although we did not need it thankfully. We found the staff at the office very helpful and we had a speedy replacement when the kettle stopped working.

Fantastic villa

The villa is beautiful, best equipped villa we have stayed in. The master suite was wonderful. Excellent service from all staff concerned. Perfectly located to explore all the amazing beaches and coves. Really great to have a small supermarket (opens Sunday) just 5 mins away. If we were returning to the area, would definitely book this villa again.

The villa was beautiful and the garden was wonderful! The managers were extremely nice and helpful! The weather was exceptional, most days over 30 degrees! ..... so the air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area was a total bonus. We can warmly recommed the place.

A superb villa for a relaxing holiday

The villa was excellently maintained and the quality of the fixtures and fittings was superb. There was so much room to relax both inside and out in the peaceful surroundings of Tres Calas. It was great watching the sun setting whilst having a drink on the terrace. Further afield we enjoyed a morning coffee (and cake) in nearby L'Amettla de Mar,a fishing community which has many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We also played golf at Bonmont golf course which not only has an championship course but a restaurant which offers a range of meals from bar snacks to a superb a la carte menu at reasonable prices even if you don't play golf. To sum up we had a great holiday in a superb villa with plenty to do in the surrounding area and would heartily recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in this part of Spain. I am sure we will be back again soon.

Ideal house for 8 people!!

This is really the ideal house for 8 people, specially because it has three bathrooms. The kitchen makes cooking for so many people easy, and it is really spacious. The outdoor space suited us perfectly, and it is easy to find a peaceful place to sit even tough you are many people outside at the same time. The kids could play soccer or other games on the lawn, while others could read in the shade. And we were happy with the pool beeing cleaned twice a week - keept it nice and clean even if we used it lot. This is a house we could easily see ourselves renting again during our next visit to Spain. Whenever we needed assistanse or had some quiestions, we got all the help we needed, and we truly apprisiate that. Thank you for a lovely stay at Villa Preciosa, we enjoyed it! Villa Preciosa was more than we expected: the house is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures, very well equipped and clean. The villa was perfect for two families, with altogether 4 adults and 4 children. The garden was large enough for children to play and run, and the pool was of a good size as well. There is a nice barbecue area in the garden. The area is nice and quiet, but still close to shops, restaurants and beaches. You can walk to a supermarket and a couple of bars/restaurants, but need a car to go to the beach or L'Ametlla de Mar (which is a nice small village with not too much tourists). The area is perfect for walks or jogging! There is also a very well equipped gym in L'Ametlla de Mar. We visited nice cities and villages nearby, such as Tarragona and Miravet. Miravet was a lovely old village with magnificent views. Booking the villa was easy, and the people who take care of the villa were extremely helpful and friendly! If we needed help with anything, they appeared to the house on short notice. Thank you for the lovely visit, we will be back some day! - Two families from Finland

Having trauled the internet for weeks we came accross this villa, it was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but everything was included in the price and it was well worth it. The pool and garden were maintained very well and the villa was very clean. The villa is really well equipped, it even has 2 fridge freezers so we only had to do 1 big shop and meant we had more time to spend around the pool. We hope to return to this villa again. The service was fantastic and we had a fabulous relaxing holiday.

All in all a very good holiday

The villa has a great pool & very private garden, and a big sun terrace where we spent most of our time, we were all so chilled just relaxing at the villa. We had a great 2 week stay, plenty of room for us all. 4 good sized bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. L’ametlla de mar is a 5-10 minute drive, a nice relaxing place with lots of shops and retaurants. We also went to the beaches, & portaventura, and walked to the kiddies park and bar a couple of nights, and to the tapas bar down at the entrance to the estate where they had a few flamenco and theme nights. . We can definately recommend this villa and the place especially for families looking to relax, & golfers the portaventura golf course was popular with my sons & reasonbly priced. We would just like to add a final thank you to Lucy, Martin and Sara for the ease of booking, directions etc, a very good service. All in all a very good holiday.

Villa Preciosa

We stayed at Villa Preciosa for two weeks commencing 25 August 2012. The villa is very spacious, there are 4 well appointed bedrooms, and could easily be occupied by 4 couples, or two families with children. The bedrooms are a great size, and very comfortable indeed. The villa has a large open plan living room, kitychen and dining room, leading down to the rear garden with contains a wonderful pool, raised sun terrace and grassed area all ideal for sunbathing on one of the many sun loungers. We literally would get out of bed, have breakfast and spend the the whole in the pool. On the days when we felt like venturing out we would take a trip to the beach, or nearby L Ametlla de mar (5 minutes by car + free parking) which is a wonderful town, it's small, but with lots to do, or a 2hour train ride and you're in Barcelona. You can literally take your pick of stunning beaches in the area. The villa also has a large garden area, and also a large BBQ, with tools (very close to pool/house, so the chef needn't feel left out!). Lovely kitchen with all the necessary utensils, we did not need to worry about anything (not that we did too much cooking – the local retaurants were too tempting!). We had a great time in the villa, Martin and the office team were extremely helpful, offering lots of good local advice regarding activities/restaurants and day trips, and furthermore offering to do some shopping for us if we arrived too late on Saturday to go to the shops before getting to the villa. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday!
