Spacious unit which is decorated with a tribute to the Newport Jazz Festival . Close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and great views. You’ll love the comfy beds. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids) The apartment is located right above an Irish bar that has been a part of Newport history for 80 years. Fun place to visit. It is not too loud so it will not be a disturbance.

Free parking in our parking lot.

Wedding weekend

We were in Newport for a wedding. This was perfect. We stayed in this condo and the condo next to it. They were both clean and roomy. Comfortable beds!

Great spot

We stayed for Folk Fest and the rental was perfect for 2 couples. Good location, clean, solid bar downstairs for drunks like us. Sharon was a great hostess...very responsive. Highly recommended.

Nice spot

The place was great and the host was terrific. The only thing to be aware of is the noise at night. We stayed on Saturday night in late June and Thames street was busy until after midnight. Not the best with kids. Again, the place is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

Just a few blocks away from the main stream. Was a great place to get out for an early morning walk. Wish we could have stayed longer

Amazing location for a weekend in Newport.

This property was the perfect location for a summer weekend in Newport. Walkable to everything! The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but when you only need a place to lay your head, it does the trick!

Newport Folk Stay

We were in town for the Newport Folk Festival and this apartment was exactly what we were looking for - clean, comfortable, great location to both the Fort and for walking to dinner/drinks after the concert. Sharon was responsive and super helpful - even secured us additional parking. Only flag is that the bar downstairs is pretty loud. We were aware of the bar but live in a city and thought we could deal with the ambient noise. On the nights we were also out late, it was fine. But on our first and last nights we were hoping to get a little rest and the noise level just wasn't conducive. The bar is open every night until 1:00AM so if you aren't planning to be out late every night, it is worth planning ahead for the noise. We ended up blasting white noise on a bluetooth speaker we (luckily) had in our luggage, which helped some. Otherwise, a great option for staying right in Newport !

Excellent property. Would stay again !

Me and some girlfriends stayed here as part of our bachelorette weekend. The location was perfect to get to shops and restaurants right on Thames st! Sharon was amazing at getting back to me with any questions I had, in a timely manner.

Best stay/Host ever

Best property in town... beds are so comfy, the apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. Sharon answered us right away if we had any questions. It is a short walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants. The stay comes with a parking spot in the lot downstairs which is great since parking is hard to find around here. 5 stars for Sharon!

Awesome

I rented this location for my daughters 25th birthday for her and a few of her friends. The manager was kind, helpful, and easy to contact. The location was perfect. The girls had an amazing weekend. The apartment was very nice. Thank you, Sharon, for the great experience!
