Stayed in Newport for a girl’s trip reunion. The property was super close to local attractions, beautiful flowers all around the property, clean, and friendly host. Would recommend!

Perfect spot in Newport walkable to Thames, The Wharf, and the Newport Mansions! We had the best time and felt so safe!

What a wonderful experience renting this VRBO- we could not have been happier. Conveniently located to everything in the area: mansions, trolley, Cliff Walk, restaurants and more! The place was well stocked and a many surprise goodies too!

Well kept apartment and the grounds looked great with all the flowers and plants. Need a small car though the driveway is tight.

Thank You for an incredible long Holiday Weekend! The property is beautiful and the relaxing outdoor space was perfect to spend an afternoon when not visiting attractions in Newport. Mia was a great communicator. The property is easy to access all of the points of interest in Newport. We will definitely be back.

This is a cozy collage within walking distance to Newport attractions. It was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches like coffee, water and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed. Its location was an easy walk to Newport sights. The grounds are beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. We’ll definitely book again for our next trip to Newport!

Wonderful mother - daughter get away

What a wonderful garden cottage. Everything you need and more. Outdoor spaces were just as enjoyable as the air conditioned indoors. Walking distance to Thames Street. Hosts were amazing and made us feel very comfortable.

This was a nice, clean cottage with a fantastic location! We never used our rental car except for one day! We walked every day to either a mansion tour, the cliff walk, lunch or dinner. Mia was very responsive to any questions we had. The beautiful flower gardens are an added bonus!

Long wedding weekend

We had a very relaxing stay in this this small apartment in Newport. The apartment was extremely quiet and comfortable. The outside was a great place to relax and unwind. There's a shopping area to pick up groceries if desired within a short walk. As there were only two of us, we did not need to use the loft which would be most appropriate for older children. Communication with Mia was excellent.

Cozy garden getaway

My son, DIL & I came for a long weekend to enjoy the Newport flower show. The photos do not do the area or the property justice. At the footstep of older Newport and steps away from North Bellevue mansions; it’s a 15 min walk to Thames St & Warves & is perfectly located. The parking spot is a distinct +. We did not use the loft bed as it would be for some younger and much more spry. Lisa was a very welcoming and available manager living close by. A relaxing joy!

We loved our stay here. The space was clean, had everything we needed, and was in an excellent location. Mia was an excellent host who was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Location and price was fantastic. The property driveway was tight so we parked on the road. There were people on the property tending to the landscaping very frequently while we stayed which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the stove and oven didn’t work and the air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud and underpowered. Overall a good value but not what we had hoped it would be.
