The location was good — although there’s no dedicated parking at the property, there’s plenty of parking available in the area. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with enough amenities, though nothing over the top. One thing worth noting: the listing states there’s a pull-out couch with a queen-size mattress, but this isn’t accurate — it’s actually a queen-size inflatable bed. The owner mentioned that the platform doesn’t allow them to state this directly in the listing, but we were disappointed since we hadn’t dug deeper into the description to catch this ahead of time. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The property was walking distance to everything. There’s a parking lot next-door that was a bonus. It was 40 a day. I would definitely use this property again.

Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location can’t be beat. Quiet street but super central to all shops and restaurants downtown. One issue is that the listing claimed there was a sofa bed but the sofa bed was broken so unfortunately we couldn’t use it which was a bummer.

A great stay!

Perfect location to walk downtown and see the sites! It couldn't be more convenient for everything in Newport and nearby.Parking was not a terrible issue. We found street parking nearby after 6PM, and used the public lot on Mary Street for other times.A wonderful trip!

Newport weekend

Great stay in this lovely property! Location was very convenient and we walked to dining and shopping. It’s a traditional building with an updated and modern first floor apartment. Would definitely stay again!

The host was very helpful and responded very quickly! The place was clean and we were very content. Amazing location right near all the shops and restaurants. Very very noisy upstairs tenants who were stomping all night but I believe they were also renting so nothing to really do. All around pretty good experience!

Stayed for two nights in March. Apartment was as advertised. We found Street parking easily within one block and since was off season, did not need a resident sticker where we parked. It’s perfectly located to get to many shops and restaurants, really great location. As an older building this unit had charm you would expect but also modern kitchen and bathroom. I had read a previous review that said you could hear upstairs occupants, so we brought headphones just in case. We did hear neighbors but it wasn’t an issue for us. Beds were super comfy, sheets and bedding also soft and comfortable . We would definitely stay here again. I had asked a question of host 2 x during our stay and both times she responded quickly.

Great location in Newport

Perfect spot for a long weekend in Newport. Easy walk to downtown area. Found street parking right outside but could see it being an issue later in the spring or definitely summer. The apartment is comfortable and nicely equipped.

Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future
