Location, location, location! Welcome home to this street-level beautifully renovated condo right on Thames St. This condo lies in the heart of Newport, steps from downtown, ocean drive, and the beaches. Features include all brand new amenities with a nautical décor. Fresh off a major overhaul including top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new furniture and flat screens- this unit has it all! A small yard out back and laundry access upon request complete the space.

The space: This newly redone condo features high ceilings and lots of natural light. Large all new windows give this unit an airy feel that compliment the tasteful furnishings. The entire kitchen is brand new, with a granite breakfast nook, stainless steel Samsung appliances, and all the amenities you could need. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds with TV's on the walls and all the channels you could need, including premium movie channels.

Clean and Great Location

Very clean and easy access to all things Newport. Host was quick to respond and offer early check in for us after a long day we had of travel. Beds were comfortable and the linens and toiletries were all great! Walking distance to everything and very quiet area on Thames Street.

Downtown apartment on Thames

The hosts Matt and Ryan were great and communicated all necessary information to us in a professional manner. The condo was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay in Newport.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

Our family had a great weekend getaway to Newport. This location was great - clean on the inside, easy check-in process, and conveniently located to all of the attractions that brought us to Newport. We had a great stay!

Good location, great spot

We only stayed one night while in town for a wedding, but it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to downtown Newport, and a nice apartment overall.

After Christmas trip

Nice 3 day 2 night stay to Newport after Christmas. Location of the house was great, a small walk into town. Easy check in and host was responsive.

Truly amazing stay!!!

This property is fantastic. Right in the heart of it all. We were able to walk to literally everything. Very clean and the owners were amazing! I absolutely highly recommend this stay!! Will definitely be back.

Great location

Only a short walk to downtown Thames street. The property was clean and organized, with more living room space than expected. Parking was also convenient. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous stay!

A great apartment located right in the heart of downtown Newport. AMAZING LOCATION and we both found parking right out front. We would definitely rent this apt again and Matt and Ryan were extremely communicative and timely to address the questions we had - we had such a wonderful time!

Beautiful and Convenient

This sweet 2 bedroom was perfect. Located within walking distance to everything in Newport. Bonus backyard if you choose to bring a pet. Super clean, stylishly decorated complete with coffee and Netflix. I would definitely stay here again. PS The Bodhi Spa is a few doors down. Definitely check that out.

Newport

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was perfect! My husband & I and our 2 pups were very comfortable & there was an extra bedroom for our son who came for a few days too!! We had a wedding in Newport so it was the perfect location too. We could walk to almost everything. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Newport! Communication with our hosts Matt & Ryan was great too. They were fantastic!
