This modern top floor apartment has two bedrooms, a sofa-bed and two bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area.
Outside on the terrace, there are chairs and a table for relaxing with views of the pool. Upstairs, there is a large solarium with sofa, pergola and sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.
The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12 metre long swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. For those who visit us in winter, there is also a heated pool with a constant temperature of 28ºC, along with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Just outside the development, there is ample space for parking.
Villa Amalia is in an unbeatable location close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. Just 300m from the door is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and less than 800m away is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the sea, where there is a beautiful rocky beach with a swimming area. Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.

I rented the apartment for a month.
Everything was good. The space is large enough for two people. Kitchen had everything needed for long stays. Bed was comfortable. The pool was great especially in the afternoon. Didn’t use the solarium
Wifi was a excellent. Communication with property manager was good too.
Lovely property with all amenities necessary. Only things missing was a safe & wine glasses. Outside gate key a bit temperamental at times so may need to look into that. Good information in the apartment, you will need to get taxis to shopping areas, bars & restaurants if you cannot walk a lot. Cannot fault the complex, very pretty & very clean.
A great stay and Kahina Louise was very kind to us
We have two comments. When we arrived at the apartment it was 11 degrees, the heater was not on. The floor and beds were stone cold. Very unpleasant to stay in. It took several days for the entire apartment to be pleasant by turning on the heater. The filter coffee machine is outdated. We asked the landlord for a cup device. However, this was not honored. We therefore purchased at our own expense. :( Nevertheless, we liked it and booked this apartment again for a month in October. The criticism is intended to be constructive.
Appartement conforme aux photos . L'appartement est très agréable on si sen comme chez soi ,bonne literie et il y a largement de vaisselle pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes .Le balcon qui donne sur la piscine est parfait pour le petit déjeuné et voir même le repas du midi. Pour le soir la terrasse sur le toit tout confort et très agréable avec les tentures on est à l'abri du vent et on peu faire cuire son repas et faire la vaisselle car il y l'eau chaude au robinet se qui est très rare . Les piscines sont très agréable et bien entretenu . C'est une très belle copropriété propre et calme . Petite plage aménagée à 15 minutes de l'appartement par contre le centre se trouve à 30 minutes à pied pour sortir le soir je conseil la voiture par contre c'est difficile de trouver une place mais il y a des parkings souterrain . Nous avons passés un très bon séjour .
