Zeer mooie tuin die meer dan 10 op 10 krijgt. Aangenaam terras voor het appartement, heerlijk om te ontbijten.Rustige en aangename omgeving.Alhoewel het appartement als "zeer mooi" wordt beschreven zijn er toch meerdere minpunten. - lang wachten op warm water aan de wastafels,- geurhinder (afvoer) in de badkamer met het venster,- kookgerief niet up to date,- Enkele stoelen aan keukentafel afgeleefd,- Stoelen en keukentafel te hoog,- Verwarming in living niet meer van deze tijd, zeker voor de wintermaanden,- Het appartement heeft onvoldoende lichtinval,- Het hoekkastje in de keuken heeft een onfrisse (schimmel) geur.Kortom, alhoewel we genoten hebben van ons verblijf, voornamelijk door de tuin en het prachtige weer, is de prijs die we betaald hebben totaal niet conform de kwaliteit en voorzieningen van het appartement. Zeer lieve en behulpzame bovenburen. Ook de ingeschakelde tussenpersonen ter plaatse waren zeer correct en behulpzaam.

Hallo, bedankt voor uw feedback. U noemde een aantal zeer positieve punten, maar ook een paar minder positieve. Uw opmerkingen helpen ons altijd om te verbeteren. Ik had het op prijs gesteld als u deze problemen bij aankomst of na 2-3 dagen had gemeld. Dan hadden we deze kleine problemen zeker kunnen oplossen. Al uw opmerkingen zijn in overweging genomen en er zijn verbeteringen doorgevoerd, waaronder een glazen deur voor meer licht, een nieuwe stofzuiger en nieuw kookgerei. Ik wens u het allerbeste.
