Hilltop Roost and Re-Coop sits on top of a hill, providing amazing views of the Texas Hill Country! Minutes away from many local attractions including wineries, breweries, distilleries, parks, Hamilton Pool, with lots of live music on the weekends to enjoy! We have a comfortable home with Country decor. Home sleeps 6 people, three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Starter supplies of toiletries are provided. Free Farm fresh eggs provided if hens are laying!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful Getaway

Perfect for weekend getaway to a gateway to the Texas Hill (& Wine) Country; house was perfectly situated (easy access, near major roads but secluded/set back in the hills, quiet); well-appointed space for our 2 couples (and room for more); great time at local winery & restaurant but had to leave early due to winter storm; owner was great to work with! We will return soon now that we've found this house to stay in.

Wedding Celebration

We were in Dripping Springs for a family wedding and found La Belle Vie to be perfectly suited for our needs. The location was close to all our destinations and the home ideally appointed. Well stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished rooms and a killer view off the back deck for evening recaps of our days' activities. Deanna was a responsive and attentive host throughout our stay.

We we’re very happy with our stay. We were out here for our daughter’s wedding and catching up with friends that live in Dripping Springs. The property was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Location worked very well for us. The house is very spacious so we all had our own space. Would highly recommend this home for location to wedding venues, wineries and breweries. Loved coming back at night and being able to set on the back deck and going over the events of the day.

Wedding

After waiting so long to attend a wedding that had been postponed, we finally arrived to a beautiful home with a beautiful view. The home was WELL equipped with everything - even down to if you want to borrow an item forgotten we could use what she had on site and just replace before leaving. We spend mornings on the deck with coffee and afternoons with a glass of wine. The deer arrived as if prompted. We had so much fun and wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks for the whole experience.

A comfortable well appointed home for a hill country stay

Although it was challenging to find the house when we arrived after dark we were delighted. The house is nicely decorated and has lovely views from its hilltop location. The beds are comfortable and the three original bedrooms have closets. The master suite could benefit from a wardrobe to hang clothes, but makes up with a huge luxurious bathroom. As a baker, I was oggling the baking supplies in the kitchen, but did not have time to take advantage of them during our whirlwind of a wedding weekend

Good Location and Clean

Our nighttime arrival on a cold rainy night was unpleasant due to lack of heat and lack of wi-fi. Within 24 hours our stay improved. The owner addressed the problems and we were able to enjoy the home and beautiful views. The location was perfect for attending a wedding at Prospect House..

Great girls’ getaway in Dripping Springs!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! We loved the deck outside, unfortunately we didn’t get to sit out there more because of the cold, rainy weather. The views are lovely.

I have always loved Dripping Springs, the community, the Hill Country, the wineries... and finally found the perfect home! We are on top of a hill, so the views are amazing! I love sitting out on one of the decks, watching the deer, having a nice glass of wine and enjoying the scenery.

What makes this property unique

I chose this property because it is close to town, yet you feel like you are in the country! I love the two decks and the amazing Hill Country views! So many things to do, wineries, breweries, distilleries, etc.
