Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

The view is fantastic. We had no issues with the property and would seriously consider staying here.

The place was clean and had the right amenities. Though we were out for evening dinners, we started the days off right with good breakfasts on the balcony. With the grocery store just a brief walk away, we could have a happy hour with other friends staying here before heading out on the town. Great accommodations.

Beautiful high end, recent remodel, luxurious condo, fresh and spotless, tastefully furnished, are not the phrases we would use to describe this condo. It is partially remodeled and we would not call it " High End". The pictures are deceiving. The building is old and it reflects the condo's condition and appearance. The kitchen has been partially remodeled but the bathroom appears to be original. The king size bed had a very comfortable memory mattress but the flat sheet on the bottom was too small and the bed was a rumpled mess in the morning. The condo had only one review and it was a five star. We picked this condo on that rating and the view from the balcony. The best parts about this condo are it's location and spectacular view. Beautiful sunsets and rainbows. The tour buses meet right outside the front door. Restaurants are close and the women at the concierge desk are very helpful. Our main issue is that the property description does not match the true condition of the condo. As VRBO owners ourselves, it is important to advertise the property as it really is. It says a lot about VRBO, it's standards and reputation.

You get what you pay for

My wife and I tried to save a bit of money by staying at this condo, following a conference that I attended at another hotel along Waikiki. Unfortunately, this unit was pretty rundown. There were cracks in the floor, dirty wallpaper in the bathroom, cabinets there were falling apart and missing baseboards around the entire unit. Really, the only good thing about this unit was the view. I wish we had decided to spend more and stayed elsewhere.

Great location and view

We loved the location and view. Sadly the pictures online don't accurately show the state of the unit. It is a bit more run down than the pictures show. When we showered for the first time on our second day there, the shower clogged immediately. When we plunged it, a bunch of filth and stuff came up. We called the manager on duty and it sent us a text message telling us to send an email with our issue and they would get back to us the next day. That was pretty disconcerting as if it was a major emergency, we were stuck. As it was we didn't get anyone there until 4:45 the next day. The other minor issue is the location of the air conditioning unit isn't where it cools off the bedroom area directly. It takes a bit for the cool air to get there.

everything was nice about the stay. great location and nice view. had a lot of kitchen wear which was nice. only thing that could’ve been a better was the customer service. the individual didn’t seem so great/ nice with accommodations since this was a last minute stay due to a family emergency. hopefully we can stay again and that be different.

Move out of college

We came to help our son move out of his college dorm and back home, so it was a great location for us to easily relax and to get his stuff done. The place is a bit worn out and could use a deep clean. But overall the view will win every time.

The property was how it was advertised. Overall it was clean and except for the coffee maker, could be updated. The shower stall was slightly stained and could be updated as well. The view was awesome, bed was very comfortable. Liked that is was wood floor instead of carpet. I would stay there again.

We flew into Honolulu at 6am and when we arrived at the apartment getting in was a breeze. Greater with a spacious layout and comfy bed. The views in the photo don’t do it justice, every morning breakfast was enjoyed on the balcony watching the morning surfers catching a wave, then evenings spent watching the sunset. Bed was super comfy and big, bathroom equally as cost. Downstairs has a few shops and cafes which is very handy and also the bus stops directly outside to make it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

Some good and some bad

We found this condo to be just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, the condo was relatively clean and the bed was comfy. That’s the good. Here’s the bad. This place could use a paint job and the bathroom needs an update as well the one shower door did not properly work. The pillows and comforter could have used a wash as well. The ac although it worked was extremely loud when we were on the lani as well as very loud when we were sleeping. We have stayed many places and in many condos and were surprised there was no welcome package upon our arrival. No flowers, water, fruit or anything. The fridge was completely empty with not even ice or condiments. In the past when we have stayed in condos there is always food or drinks left over by the previous guest, so I’m not sure who raids the fridge when guests have food left over. This was our first trip to Hawaii and although it was not what we expected we still enjoyed ourselves. Mahalo
