ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

This was an unexpected gem. I lived in Hawaii for a few years and this place is a score. The place is located in a great spot. There is the Chart House on the bottoms floor. The view was great. The housekeeping service does a great job. I am going to stay here going forward and wish I knew about it before.

Balcony was open than god that was a selling point for renting. After getting to condo everything was as listed except the hairdryer was missing. I contacted the host who advised me to look in the bathroom which I had looked every where for it. I called at 4pm Hawaii time after a long 15 hour travel day and needing a shower but could not take one due to NO hairdryer and we had real nice dinner reservations. Host did get back to me and had one delivered the next day as we were gone exploring. When we got home it was in the door. I did send a TY text and then took a shower. Condo was clean except floor a lil dirty as my white socks were dirty on the bottom of me feet after un-packing. Everything else was great in the condo til...Tuesday we got text that maintenance would be working on the bldg water. No problem w were out exploring till we got back to the condo and had no AC it was hotter than hell. Wednesday my hubby was sick and was in the condo all day that day. When I got home at 3pm the condo still NO AC. I texted and texted to no avail. Called the number and got a hold of someone who walked me thru the process of re-setting the AC unit and by 9pm that night it finally started working. They were not sorry for us being in the unit with no AC except to re-send the text about the water being worked on. What dose water have to do with the AC in the unit? We were never offered a refund or discount at all. They did not even call or text to see if it came on.

We appreciate you sharing this, and we're sorry the AC trouble made for such an uncomfortable stretch of your stay. The building's water shutoff notice did mention that AC would be affected during the inspection, though we didn't anticipate the unit would need a reset once water was restored. Our team did apologize in our messages and escalated a refund request to management on your behalf, and we're sorry if that didn't come through clearly at the time. We wish we'd been able to resolve things faster, especially given the circumstances. Mahalo!

Great Apartment and Location

This unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great as I was attending a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and was a short 10-15 minute walk.

Excellent property. Great view and exactly where you want to be in Honolulu. Beautifully clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly want to have a great holiday. The parking is very convenient if you need it.

Best rental condo in Honolulu!

We've stayed at a couple different rentals around Honolulu, but this one if by far the best! My boyfriend loves that he can check the surf from the balcony and I love that I can walk to the beach, snorkel, grab food, groceries, etc all within walking distance.

Brilliant view

A very nice apartment and well appointed. Some aspects a bit "tired" but overall very nice. The view is fantastic, especially Hawaiian sunsets. Location at western end of Waikiki Beach is excellent. Parking and restaurants in the building very good.

Amazing place 🤩

Very convenient location, everything you need is within walking distance. Great views from the balcony as well as room window (if you’ll be staying at this place on any Friday make sure to enjoy the Waikiki beach firework show every Friday at 8pm) it was amazing. The room was very clean and we had no issues at all. Parking was very easy at the garage they have there. Overall I give it 5 stars and definitely will stay there again.

Stay was great.Just tint covering on the balcony door is damaged /melted/so you can’t enjoy the view if the door is open.

super happy nice place

Great location - close to it all!

A great space with a great view. Amenities were great and the location was walking distance to shopping, swimming and the views are gorgeous. The ONLY drawback was that attempting early Check in or later check out was difficult to communicate and get a response about. Do it in advance and you should be good to go (somehow my initial request was overlooked).

Great week of hawaiian goodness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thus unit was a great choice. Unit was clean and had a great view of the ocean along with the hilton lagoon which hosts Friday night fireworks. Parking structure has elevators connected that take you to your room. Overall a great unit with all the essentials

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the couch was comfortable to sleep on as was the bed. Good linen and towels. The view was awesome! Got great shots of the sunrise and sunset. Good location and safe area. Enjoyed looking out at the marina. Would book this condo again.
