The Hip Heidiway is a hidden beachside getaway among native Seagrove Beach scrub and many half a century old stately palm trees



Ideal first tier location right off the Gulf and directly south of 30-A. Only a mere few steps away from the sugar white sandy beach and lapping waves along the shore.



These longtime Seagrove Beach owners have owned the Hip Heidiway located in the Little Seagrove Beach Bungalow for decades and recently remodeled this entire 1950s bungalow. It's now a bright and an unique space that was inspired after a recent trip to the Palm Springs, CA Modernism Week and Tour of Homes held every year in February.



Southern Living and Coastal Living featured Interior Designers, Paige Schnell and Beth Morrow of Tracery Interiors based in Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach, have created this light filled and restful retreat for you to enjoy.



This for adults only designed Mid-Century modern studio space offers an ideal way for you to escape to a private beachside retreat incognito. A cool modern 500 square foot studio space is the perfect hideaway in the heart of old Seagrove. It's all here just waiting for you to relax.  Look out the south facing windows and you see an abundance of mature palm trees with vistas and views of the turquoise blue Gulf.  The Beach is a mere 50 or so steps away from this studio. You can park your car in its dedicated south of 30-A private park space. You're less than one mile away from Seaside and Watercolor, all an easy walk or bike ride close by. You can even arrange for beach chairs to be waiting for you in either direction south of the Hip Heidiway. Public beach accesses are located on Dothan Avenue, east of the home or Andalusia Avenue which is located to the west of this space as well.   A quaint corner kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven too. Everything is included to help you make perfect and tasty snacks for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. Mid-Century Modern luxurious large and superbly appointed marble bathroom with bright vanities, and a separate two-person floor-to-ceiling frameless glassed double shower-head bath enclosure. It's the ultimate in grand luxury in a bungalow bathroom. This space has central heat/air, a private entrance, dedicated parking space off 30-A and wi-fi dedicated for the Hip Heidiway exclusively.
