The Villa GAIA is a modern villa on one level located in St Jean in a haven of peace surrounded by beautiful vegetation. It is just a few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants of St Jean.
An equipped kitchen opened on the lounge area, direct access to the terrace and the heated swimming pool.
These two rooms of life are equipped with an air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen tv, French satellite, CNN, and Apple tv.
The Villa GAIA has 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a king size bed ( 200 x 200 cm) side living room and the other two bedrooms with king size bed ( 180 x 200 cm) next to the pool.
Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, dressing room and office space. All rooms are equipped with safe, plasma screen, Apple tv, and A/C.
The Villa is ideal for a family or friends. The children are allowed started from 8 years old.
You will have access to the entire property as listed
