This magnificent apartment embodies these 2 concepts and is balanced by sophisticated and elegance to create a physical space to inspire you the moment you arrive. Linger over dinner in the private terrace garden of this beautiful, fully equipped Hampstead flat. Contemporary touches include colourful graphic artwork, high quality appliances, tasteful built-in cabinetry, and a gas grill. Modern art and furnishings adorn the sleek communal area and the cosy bedroom feels like an oasis away from the buzz of central London.
The Space:
This sunny apartment is located on a quiet charming road, a stones throw away from the Hampstead Heath decorated with trees and lakes and ducks. It boasts a small garden with a BBQ and table and chairs. And a beautiful modern and clean interior with all the amenities you would need.

The Neighborhood:
Located next to famous Hampstead Heath, One of London's most beautiful, expansive, natural parks. On a leafy quiet road, a 5-minute walk from the lively restaurants, coffee shops, clothing and shoe shops, and high end brands ON Hampstead High Street.
Getting Around:
Located within a 5-8 minute walk to Hampstead Underground and Overground stations and a 12 minute walk to Belsize Park underground station. 15 minutes on the underground to central London.
Many bus routes on Hampstead High street and South End Road.
Other Things to Note:
Any cupboards sealed with tamper taped are not available for use.

Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
Interaction with Guests:
Out of office has a luxury lifestyle management focus and runs a concierge service for guests. We can get you pretty much anything you need so don't hesitate to ask! I will be available to help sort out any issues or answer any questions during your stay. For any additional requests please let us know.
