Loved this modern appartment , ideal position for the port, pool and sea. Amazing balcony overlooking the port, can be noisy at night A few instructions with the wifi password and directions to thd pool.

Perfect accomodation in harbour

We stayed here for a few days in April. You get everything you need and is in the middle of the harbour. Parking is inhouse, it can be a bit complicated to find the way to the parking exit towarda the appartment.

Brilliant location

Location brilliant, overlooking the marina. Complex very well maintained. Close to bars and restaurants. Easy access to surrounding towns by bus. The apartment could do with an upgrade generally. There was no extractor fan in either bathroom. Some of the sunbeds around the swimming pool need to be replaced.

This is a lovely apartment overlooking the marina with a lovely view. It had all we needed for a great stay. The outdoor single low chair needs fixing. And there's mould in the main bathroom around the shower.

Love this apartment. location is perfect and apartment is wonderfully equipped. Never said anything before but whenever I visit the office to collect keys certain members of staff don't engage or make eye contact. Not the friendliest of welcomes. Definitely a business rather than making the customer experience a joy. If I could book this apartment with another agent I would.

Fabulous view and location. We will be back! Parking bay 116 difficult to get into in a big car. Bedrooms can be noisy over the building entry door which needs a soft close fitted so it doesn't slam.

Lovely apartment, great location

Spacious apartment for the 2 of us, with a great view of La Duquesa Marina. Walking distance to a myriad of restaurants and bars. Very friendly area. Duquesa Estates staff were very efficient and friendly. The mid-holiday clean was much appreciated. There were 2 reasons I didn't give the accommodation a perfect score - the balcony doesn't get any sunshine and the underground car parking space was very tight!

Fantastic location with amazing views from the terrace overlooking the Marina.

Amazing views from terrace although it can be a little noisy late at night if youre trying to sleep - you need to weigh up amazing location v expected noise being central. A few cosmetic/ maintenance jobs are required in the property including outdoor seating which had a botched job of trying to fix it. As we don't eat out for every meal, a couple more pans and better utensils would enhance the kitchen. Overall a pleasant stay and we have recommended the property to some friends who would love the location. pleasa

Perfect Location

The Apartment was very clean, spacious and in the best location over looking the marina. All the bars restaurants and shops were a few steps outside the front door of the building. The food was amazing we never had a bad meal in the eleven nights we stayed. The beaches go on for miles either side of the Marina and were cleaned every day. Beach bars known as Chiringquitos are dotted all along the beaches serving freshly caught fish by local fishermen and cooked on the beach in boats made into barbecues. There is also excellent walks along the coastline or up to the old Spanish villages in the hills. The bus services are regular and cheap and the time tables are on the bus stops. We flew to Gibraltar and it was about 40 minutes by taxi.

What more can I say other than it was perfect for our needs. Great location and view, spotless, spacious and modern. Only negative was one of the chairs outside was broken but the reaction from the staff was instant. We had two apartments booked for our group and Duquesa estates wins hands down for service and communication. Each person in our group has indicated that they will be bringing their wives here for a break. Thank you to all the staff at Duquesa estates. Some beer in the fridge for late arrivals such as ours.

Perfect location! Cosy well equipped

The apartment is spotless and everything is working (air con, hot water, dish washer etc). It has a nice sized balcony with a table and chairs plus a sofa. I didn’t do much cooking so not sure about the self catering equipment.

Great Location....

Apartment was in a great location over looking the port. Thought it might have been noisy, but it was fine. Liked the fact that we could have a drink on the balcony and still feel part of what was going on. It was clean with all mod cons and great internet. Would have no issues returning......
