A beautiful Modern holiday apartment in the ever-popular Ciudad Quesada. Peaceful yet close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, gift shops,20 min walk to Old Quesada which has crazy golf, 10 pin bowling, 7 mins walk to a new complex of bars, restaurants and main supermarket. In our opinion our complex is probably one of the best with full time residents long term residents and holiday makers, with lovely well-maintained gardens and pools. The community is gated at all times making it safe for children. On arriving at the apartment, you will park directly at the rear. Enter the property via a locked gate across the back garden where you will find a dining area to enjoy the late afternoon sun. A fully fitted Kitchen with a washing machine. back door into the modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including oven hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, iron pots pans crockery etc.
The kitchen leads to the living room which has a Tv and, WiFi ,2 Sofas doors leads you to the covered terrace with large table for dining. The front garden has a large dining table and chairs for el fresco dining. a semi private terrace for sunbathing. The garden leads to a gate that takes you directly out onto the communal gardens and pools with the kiddie’s pool just outside the gate. All the community has locked gates which you must keep locked.
There are 2 Bedroom 1 has double bed, built-in wardrobes, hot and cold air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has two single beds also a travel cot and a zed bed., built-in wardrobes and hot/cold air con.
