Apartamento reformado en Benidorm, playa de Levante. Posee 1 dormitorio, 1 cuarto de baño con ducha y secador de pelo, y tiene capacidad para 2 personas.

Alojamiento de 59 m² amueblado con gusto y moderno, tiene una terraza acristalada con vistas al mar y a la ciudad.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado, calefacción bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria con solarium, sombrillas y hamacas, pista de tenis (no se ofrece equipamiento de tenis), jardín, parking al aire libre en edificio cercano sujeto a disponibilidad a la llegada, sito en calle Kennedi 14 (edificio Kennedi II), 1 ventilador de techo, 2 Televisores (1 Smart tv), plancha de ropa.

La cocina americana de inducción, está equipada con nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno, congelador, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 62, a nivel de calle, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

- Se retiene un depósito de 200€ en tarjeta de crédito/débito como fianza o efectivo en su defecto.

Pleasant short stay

Location and facilities within the apartment. WiFi worked okay and the location was quiet at night. Shame you collect keys around 4pm, and from a location not where I was staying.

Location was amazing. Apartment was beautiful. Staff could of explained the keys and location better along with what was available in the apartment. I had emailed before had and was given wrong info.

Lovely apartment

Clean, great facilities. Location excellent A few more kitchen utensils needed. No kitchen plug. Bathroom tap , hot water only trickles. Cushions required on sofa. Would be good to have more than 1 towel per person.

Exceptional apartment.

The apartment was clean and modern. Great location, short walk from the bars and beach. Very poor communication. I repeatedly said during booking that my check in was out of office hours. I shouldn't have to chase for a reply.

The apartment was in a great location

The apartment was in a great location. Super modern and clean. Everything you needed. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend There was no water pressure at all in the showerkitchen. At times, i thought the water was going to stop. An aircon unit would be beneficial in the glazed area where the table and chairs are for when your eating. There is a fan but to be honest it did nothing

Beautiful apartment Did smell of damp alittle on first entering .and the half an hour walk for the keys is a little inconvenient .especially on the day you leave ..be easier leaving the keys on the table as we have done in the past on other apartmentseven dropping a set off day before

Lovely appartment

Good location,well equipped,and very clean and is only 10 mins from the beach, the market is only 2 mins away on a Sunday and Wednesday there is also a local supermarket just across the road and a 24 hour store right next door so if you arrive early hours you can get water, tea,milk etc The only downside for me was the picking up and dropping off of the key ....it's quite a distance to be dragging your cases and luggage especially when you've been travelling all day and it's the same when dropping your key off when checking out ..

Nice apartment. Attention to detail lacking this time

Great location. Stayed her 3 times. Love the apartment, so bright and spacious. Grubby, not cleaned to a good standard. Cups with marks, dishes not washed. Shower tray with hairs and marks. No cover/blanket on the bed only a sheet. Only 2 pillows. Far below standard of previous visits.

El apartamento precioso, luminoso y bien ubicado si te gusta la playa de Levante. Tal cual se ve en las fotos y bien equipado. Ni gota de ruido por las noches a pesar de estar en una zona de bares y pubs muy concurrida, ya que tiene persianas eléctricas tanto en la terraza como en la habitación Todo estupendo y perfecto

Agradable, pero con detalles a mejorar

Lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza, lo cuidado que está todo y lo bonito que es el apartamento. La insonorización del apartamento es muy buena. El apartamento no dispone ni de sal, aceite, fairy, varios rollos de papel, varias bolsas de basura... Por otro lado, a la hora de abrir el grifo del baño, olía a agua estancada y la piscina no es que sea muy acogedora...

Een heel goed appartement perfect rustig gelegen.

Het is een heel net appartement met een goed bed en goed ingericht. vanwege de elektrische rolluiken en zelfs bij de slaapkamer ook een elektrische rolluik zodat je lekker rustig kan slapen. De sloten en de beveiliging waren zeer goed geregeld. ik geef het appartement zelf 4 sterren . Op 100 meter afstand de consum supermarkt voor degene die wat wil inkopen. Kortom zo een appartement wil ik op ieder vakantie adres wel hebben. Dat je moet bellen voor schone handdoeken en dat er gedurende mijn hele verblijf maar 1 lift werkte (15 dagen) Maar daar kan de eigenaar van dit appartement niets aan doen verder. Ik heb 1 keer de conciërge aangesproken ook over het feit dat de lift wegens verbouwing op de 15 e etage ergernis opwekte omdat je vaak lang moest wachten omdat er maar 1 lift was. Die man haalde zijn schouders op en volgens mij vond hij het wel best goedemorgen vond hij ook niet nodig om op te reageren.

mooi appartement dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt.

zeer goede locatie, dicht bij het strand en de uitgaansbuurt. zeer stil ook het bed was zeer klein en hard, de kussens waren smal.

My fav in beni

We have stayed in benidorm for many years and always have an apartment because of my wife,s diet, we need to have a good kitchen. We have used this agency many times and have never been let down, the apartment is one of the most modern we have had. There is air con in the bedroom and living area, the kitchen has built in oven µwave the sink and tap are set in an island with instant hot and cold. The living area is very comfy and the terrace is great large area. The bedroom is a large area, although only enough room for 1 persons clothes, there is an additional wardrobe on the terrace. The bathroom is clean with a good shower, all the other thing like plates utensils cups etc. are provided. there is only spanish tv and you have to ask for wi fi when booking. The thing that you will find is the two beds on the terrace and the pull out sofa are locked because it is only meant for two to sleep. It is quiet at night with electric blinds , the only problem was the electric cutting out so take care when the oven and mic or kettle are on together, the apart is as shown on the photo,s any problems, the office is about 15 mins away and I found them excellent to deal with. The apart is in the heart of town above the old sinatra,s bar Please inform about extra payments for such as wifi

Absolutely stunning apartment. High quality finish and a luxurious double bed. Bathroom with tropical rainforest shower an absolute steal Right in the heart of the strip but gigantic glazed windows and electric shutters kept the outside noise away. Not a sound to be heard in this white bliss Would have liked an extra pillow
