Built in the 1950s by my grandfather, a self-made man who built his success on this site, this top floor was his private residence, situated above what was once his boutique laboratory. Today, the building is a quiet, residential retreat. Recently, as an architect, I collaborated with my mother to meticulously renovate this 200sqm sanctuary, preserving its heritage while tailoring it specifically for high-end international hospitality.
