Rona Mea Vista Apartment

A newly renovated traditional Istrian house on the hills of Buzet offer apartment and 4 rooms. Even though it was completely renovated in 2020, the house preserved all the wooden beams and stone walls and added new facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, tavern and a terrace. Guests are more than welcome to use the common facilities and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Buzet hills. All accommodation units have secured parking spot and free Wi-Fi.

Stunning views, great location, clean and beautiful property

The host was beyond sweet and welcoming. The apartment is located in a tiny and cute mountain top village. Super serene and picturesque views from the property. The location of the property is perfect to get to truffle/olive oil places around- a short ride but long enough to soak the landscapes around. It was very relaxing to be there, we didn’t use the swimming pool as we were low on time but it’s just stunning. Would definitely recommend the place. 😁

Great place! It is quite new, well kept and it was well equipped. Location is great when traveling by car, the area is calm, the view and shared space outside also look very nice. Check in is super easy and the host was friendly :)

Special place!

The accommodation was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and their dogs were a joy to be around. Also the view from the property was simply stunning. The sauna was the cherry on top, offering a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Beautiful quiet place to stay in Istria.

A slice of heaven on a hill. The village is very quiet and extremely relaxing. The villas were perfect and very welcoming for our group. Rona Apartment feels like a tiny resort with a home feel. The views, animals, and pool made our stay too short!!!

Dog friendly place with an amazing view

The view from the house property is amazing. The hosts were great. Our dog had a place to run around a bit and play with other dogs which is great. Also there is a coffee machine in the shared kitchen which we really appreciate.

Just relax and enjoy

Simply amazing stay, hospitality of the owner and peace. Cute pets (dog, cat and also donkey). Great place to stay and relax - with a view. Not much to do in the village, but you can find some attractions nearby. We did some great cycling around. The place has everything you need. Hope we come back!

Our absolute favorite place we stayed during our entire Balkans vacation. We only wished we stayed a little longer than 2 nights. I think people should use this location as their home base. Larissa the host was as sweet as can be! Everything was very clean. The animals on the property were an added touch. You can walk to the only restaurant which was quite tasty.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

If you ever get the chance to book this stunning apartment you should absolutely do so! The views are amazing, it is super private and the kitchen is well equipped. The animals on the farm are cute and extraordinary. We found the place exactly as we expected. The only thing one should know is that its rather remote, no supermarkets in walking distance. But that was perfect for us since we loved the secludedness and dreamy landscapes away from bustling city life.

Amazing everything, will be back

Amazing place!! The room was nice and clean with a nice balcony and everything you need. The terrace and garden are beautiful, so peaceful and quite, beutifully decorated, with some lovely friendly animals. And the pool is the best one we ever had, with an amazing view of Motovun and the whole Istria. There is also a shared kitchen with a big fridge and coffee machine. The hostess was lovely, so welcoming, even made us some fresh sweets in the morning. Will definitely come back!

High-end vacation!

Fantastic place, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view and wonderful pool. The apartment has everything you need, a private kitchen with a living room and a bedroom and a large bathroom, it also has a balcony and a private entrance from the patio. The host very nice, we got fresh eggs, tomatoes. There are a lot of animals in the house - dog, cat, donkey, peacock, chickens. A great place for children. There is 1 restaurant in the area with friendly service and local food with the addition of truffles. A good place to relax. I recommend them for rest.

Hidden gem in Istria

Fell in love with this place. This is a perfect getaway for those wanting to unwind and relax. It is situated on the top of the hill and has magnificent views. It is peaceful and quiet, you can hear animal sounds (rooster being one of them). The house is surrounded by magnificent garden with no shortage of flowers and trees. The room (double with balcony) itself is nicely decorated, with large balcony and again, stunning views. The swimming pools is great to relax by and swim whilst looking at landscape of Istria. The owner, Larisa, is lovely and recommended places to see. Motovun is 20 min drive away, as is Grožnjan. Note that the accommodation does not offer meals, but you can use the fully equipped kitchen so not a problem. There is only one restaurant Konoba in the village and the nearest grocery shop is in Buzet. Definitely going back.

Dejlig og flot lejlighed i de smukkeste omgivelser. Boligen ligger i en lille landsby, hvor det er så hyggeligt. Der er stille og rolig, og der er den flotteste udsigt fra pool og terrasse. Ejeren er meget flink og god til at komme med lokale anbefalinger. Vi kan varmt anbefale at bo her.

L'environnement est incroyable, vue magnifique autour de la maison et de la piscine, entouré d'animaux de la ferme. La chambre comporte tout ce qu'on peut attendre: propreté, lit confortable, volets occultants, climatisation. On peut cuisiner dans les espaces communs et manger sur place, ce qui est très appréciable. La propriétaire est sur place et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Rona Apartment ist ein sehr schöner Platz zum Entschleunigen.

Die Anlage ist romantisch und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Gastgeberin ist entzückend. Der Haushund Teddy ist ein gemütlicher alter Herr, aber immer freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausflüge ins Landesinnere (Buzet und Motovun) sowie an die Küste sind mit dem Auto kein Problem.

Eine Wohlfühloase zum Abschalten und Relaxen

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf auf dem Berg, mit einem hervorragendem Weitblick. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und herzlich. Unser Highlight war der Pool, welcher Nachts auch noch schön beleuchtet war.
