Central apartment with parking in the same building, with A / C and central heating. Located on the same Gran Via street in Granada, 500 meters from the Cathedral and Royal Chapel. Apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and comfortable stay. Walk to the main attractions of the city, including the Alhambra and restaurants. Unbeatable location The apartment has a beautiful, comfortable and cozy decoration including among its facilities a sofa, television, fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware, electric stove, The bedroom is independent with a double bed, wardrobe and large desk to use as a work area. Full en suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. It has a parking space in the same building with direct access from the elevator. Recommended for small cars because the access ramp is curved with unevenness, although cars of all sizes have perfectly parked it will depend driver.

The contact guy for this suite (he introduced himself as Darryl from Edmonton) did not understand the fact that he was the one to porivde a service for which we paid the rental fee. Originally at our arrival day he did not allow us to leave the luggage in the rental suite earlier giving a reason that there will be cleaning service in the flat until 4pm (we arrived to Granada at 11:00am; later at the departure date we've been requested to leave the property at 11:00am to allow the cleaning lady to do her job until 4pm- which gives us a clear picture that it takes 5 hours for the cleaning lady to clean 1 bedroom apartment, and Darryl just did not want to disturb the cleaning lady by giving us a chance to bring the luggage earlier (prior 4pm) at our arrival date. However, once we arrived and messaged Darryl at 11:00am he told us all of a sudden that we can come now. We were very happy to bring the luggage into the suite, however, it was revealed that Darryl just wanted us to stay in the apartment and to wait for the plumber because the bathroom sink was broken :)) We told 'no", we will survive without the sink. But the plumber came exactly on time when we returned to the rental property in the afternoon... The plumber phoned Darryl because did the repair was not complete in 1hour so Darryl phoned us that plumber will come next day again. The plumber was walking in his "dirty street shoes" in the flat. We told Darryl to take care of the sink without our help. but he did not...

Great location in Granada

A great location from which to explore the old city of Granada on foot. However locating the property was a difficult challenge, as was the car-parking.(And we were unable to find the dishwasher.) Also we were not aware that we were going to be meeting our host on arrival at the front door-so after a challenging time locating the rear of the property we then waited outside the front for nearly half an hour not knowing what to expect!!

Key not cut properly. Garage door not functioning properly

Entrance door key was not cut properly. Trouble unlocking entrance to building. Garage door no opening upon exit. Door sensor for open door from inside. We wait for person to open door

Good place for visiting Granada

The property manager was working very hard and was very attentive, but the check-in was not easy. The advertised washing machine was broken, again the property manager stepped in and got it fixed (it should be replaced as it was very old) Parking is included in the building which is invaluable in Granada. The parking garage is quirky and will only fit small/compact cars. The apartment is nice in a good building, close to the sights. We enjoyed our stay!
