Apartment One
This is an open space room bedroom and living space with en-suite bathroom and shower. The bedroom is equipped with comfortable bed that can be setup as a double or twin and there is also a sofa, wardrobe with selves and flat screen Smart TV. There are smart televisions in each room and the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven and hob. There are USB chargers in the beside wall sockets.
Located in the West End of Edinburgh City Centre, the self-catering studio apartments are in Cornwall Street just behind the Usher Hall and Lyceum Theatre. There are two studio apartments in this establish holiday and short stay rental accommodation.

Studio One has a super-king/twin configuration, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate kitchenette and dining area. Studio Two has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate kitchenette and dining area. Studio one is located at the front of the building and studio two at the back of the building. On booking systems the Double/Twin room will be Studio One, and the Double Only will be Studio Two .

The units are ideally located with easy access to the main tourist and shopping areas in the City Centre. Train, tram and bus routes are between 5 and 15 minutes away. There is pay and display parking nearby and longer term parking in the multi-story car park. The city center is with in the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and fines are doubled every time non-compliant cars entre the city.

11/10 stay in well equipped apartment near Edinburgh castle!!

Communication prior to check in was excellent and contactless check in and out was easy. The apparent located in quiet neighborhood and was very spacious, instruction booklet greatly appreciated and location to New/Oldtown, Grassmarket area and bus and trams is excellent. Would stay here again and again!

We're sorry that our heating controls were faulty, the exposed wires are quite safe as it's low voltage but should be switched of also. We've had to repair the controls and are working on a solution to have them installed back in place. Thanks for the great review and thanks for staying.

Lovely apartment, very centrally located

It’s quiet and comfortable and the location is perfect.I had an issue with my debit card/credit union declining the payment due to it being an international charge and the property manager was very kind and patient with me being slow (accidentally) in addressing it.

Thank you for the review. The apartment is located in a quieter area of the city away from the main roads, but there will be some people that pass by. It is not a main road so benefits form less traffic. We're delighted you like the apartment and it met expectations, thank you for excellent marks!

Edinburgh Nines is great for a city break in Edinburgh

This is a very central accommodation, comfortable, spacious with excellent facilities and with easy access to the castle, city centre, Tattoo, festival and fringe events. The owner is always very helpful and easy to contact. Close to bus routes to surrounding areas and Airport. I would highly recommend this accommodation. We have already booked for our fourth year in a row.

Best overnight stay in a long time

We arrived earlier than planned, but had the luggage storage to store our luggage safely. It was a 10 min walk from the wedding we were attending. Upon arrival on our room i was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and cleanliness. The shower was also fab. And seperate kitchen is a nice touch. I will definitely be back....far superior than a hotel stay.

Lovely modern and extremely comfortable apartment

Beautiful apartment. No hassles. We got there after 4pm , used the pin code to get in and we were so surprised at how modern and clean everything was. This is a great way to spend a night in Edinburgh. Right under the castle as well! I’d definitely return.

Perfect location and modern luxuries

My wife and I were in Scotland for two weeks in mid-October this year. Our final few nights were at the Edinburgh Nine, flat 2. The bedroom was larger than a hotel room. There was a large wardrobe with space for everything, even our luggage. The wifi worked well, and that seem to be a rarity in Scotland! The bathroom has underfloor heating, which was wonderful to have on cold mornings. The windows are large, georgian style and you can open them up to let in the cool air if you wish.

City parking is a challenge at the best of time and more so in high season! Feedback form other guests suggest the car park you used is best cost. The bed in flat 2 is a standard double but there is the additional larger room for sitting and kitchenette. Thanks for the lovely feedback and we're glad you enjoyed your stay.
