Acerca de este alojamiento
ST AGNES, pet friendly, character holiday cottage in Duns
St Agnes rests in Cranshaws, Scotland, and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
St Anges is a traditionally-styled holiday home resting in Cranshaws near Duns, Scotland. There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping five people, consisting of two doubles and a child's room with bunk beds and a single bed, served by cloakrooms on the ground and first floors and a bathroom. The cottage also boasts a kitchen/diner, sitting room with a woodburning stove and a study. Outside you will find a lawned garden and ample off-road parking. St Agnes is the perfect family holiday home for your escape to Scotland. Please be warned that we have house martins nesting all round the house in the summer months, for ourselves and many others, they are a delight, BUT they make a mess on the windows, the top sash windows must remain closed to prevent active nests getting knocked down, the bottom windows can be opened, and the birds chatter a lot.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating (Fuel and power inc. in rent) and open fire (Wood or Coal not included). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawned area. Two well-behaved pets welcome (dog bed, bowl and leash available). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 10.9 miles. Note: This property can sleep a maximum of five guests. Note: Guests do not have access to the second floor. Note: Please always remember to shut the gates and keep dogs under control as there are often sheep and cattle roaming. Please note dogs are not allowed upstairs at this property. Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: Duns is a modest border town resting in the valley known as 'The Merse' in Scotland. The town is host to a range of convenient amenities including an award-winning butchers, delicatessens, pubs and restaurants, perfect for any self-catered stay. Visit the Jim Clark Museum and Duns Castle, with plenty more castles and historic houses to explore in the surrounding area. Venture out to find the beaches of Coldingham, the walled town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, vibrant Edinburgh and so much more.
