The living and dining room, measuring 15 m2, features a ceiling height of 2.10 m and serves as the central gathering space of the apartment. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm, offering a comfortable and intimate sleeping arrangement. The third bedroom is equipped with 3 beds of 90 cm each, making it well suited for additional guests; please note that this room has a window measuring 0.70 cm x 0.50 cm. The single bathroom is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and there is also a separate WC available for the convenience of all guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and connects seamlessly to the overall layout of the apartment. The property also benefits from a private garden of 300 m2, visible directly from the interior, as well as a terrace furnished for outdoor relaxation.
