We had a great stay, the host is highly communicative and helped with any questions we had. Great location and views and walkable to all parts of bellagio. The apartment is larger than I expected, high ceilings and well lit.

Our family of four (including a teen and 10-year-old) stayed at Paolo's place for 3 nights in August. The photos of the apartment do not do it justice. It is huge and the views are incredible. The AC works great. The washer/dryer were pretty bad and located in the attic, but at least we were able to wash clothes! The location of this apartment is waterfront and you can watch the ferries come and go. The restaurant below was our favorite of all the places we ate. Not a tourist trap like some of the others along the water. Paolo was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, answering questions promptly. We would 100% stay here again.

This is the perfect location in Bellagio; just steps away from the ferry. It’s large and roomy and clean.There is a nice little restaurant below, which serves coffee snd pastry in the morning.One suggestion for the host, would be to replace all pillows and perhaps beds. Also each bathroom should have a hair dryer.There should be a notebook for reference of various “ what to do if”. We lost electricity during a storm. I guess this happens often, but the just did not alert or leave instructions.The checkin was confusing as no one was there to greet us and we had no instructions prior to arrival.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the location made it the best for us.

Beautiful, perfect location

Paolo the host was MORE than helpful,the place was in a great location right by the boat docks. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset, the boats and the people.

Very nice stay

Short trip, convenient location, lots of space, responsive host, very clean and comfortable beds. We had one small issue with air conditioning but our host responded immediately.

Great location and convenient!

We loved Bellagio. Loved the flat. Very communicative host. Only issue is the pull out bed was not comfortable for my son and it best sleeps two couples. We traveled as a family of four with adult boy and girl. Not ideal.

Amazing location! Great for group of friends!

A group of 6 of us stayed here and had a lovely time!! Paolo was excellent at communication, check in, and check out! 2 beds for 4 people and then the other 2 on expandable couches. We loved our stay!!!

Apartment in bellagio

I should have never stayed in an apartment which described 2 bedrooms but slept 8 people!Beds were in hallways and other beds were in the area where people ate and had a view of the lake … not good!Kitchen was fair and not even one roll of extra toilet paper anywhere to be found .., with having that many people certain things are necessary for the host to provide!Would not stay there again!!

Center of it all…

The apartment was wonderfully located on the second floor with a marvelous view of the lakefront from it’s ample terrace… Located in the center of town, it was moments from all the nearby restaurants and enotecas. The ferry and tours leave from the small harbor located just seconds away. A lovely promenade and beautiful garden are nearby for a breathtaking stroll… We highly recommend this property…

Location can’t be beat!

Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Paolo (owner) went above and beyond to get a plumber in right away when the air conditioning was not working well. Would stay there again.

Beautiful spacious Bellagio apartment in excellent location

The apartment was spacious and elegantly decorated. Balcony is located in the family room and both bedrooms and family room overlook Lake Como with unobstructed views and windows that can be easily opened! Location was perfect and very safe. The host was very attentive and easily reachable. We plan to stay there again!

Great stay at "Just Lake"!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment right across from the ferry in downtown Bellagio. Lovely views of the lake from the rooms, everything was clean and spacious for two couples. We had a couple of hiccups (a little hard to get into the building the first time, shower backed up the first day) but Paolo was very responsive and got things resolved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Paolo!

Spacious with the best location

This apartment in Bellagio is the perfect location for your stay. It is near the ferry, great location in town, only up like 15 steps, and has an amazing view of the lake. It is on the second floor (so there are more stairs when you get inside the building). There is no elevator. The apartment was very clean with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen and living room. The host was very professional, communicative, and kind. I would definitely recommend this place!

Bellagio Beauty

Just Lake - Just lovely. Beautifully decorated accommodations, a mix of tradition sprinkled with modern flare. The location is just phenomenal being only a few meters away from the ferry port and at the start of everything that makes Bellagio what it is today. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel what its like to live like a local in a small Lake Como town, as opposed to a stuffy hotel. Paulo, the owner, was great to work with and helped us along the way. So if you are wanting to be part of the Lake Como community for a few days and are looking for something more than a hotel, think "Just Lake", you won't be disappointed.

Perfect Location!

First of all, Paolo was a perfect host. Extremely communicative and helpful with everything from finding the apartment to recommending restaurants and things to do. The apartment is in a charming location just off the main street up one of the stone step alleyways with an adorable wine bar just outside. Easy walking dstance to all you want to do and the ferry is just steps from the front door. The apartment was clean and comfortable with gorgeous views of the lake out every window. If traveling in the summer, be aware that there is air conditioning only in the bedrooms. Also be prepared to carry your luggage up the outside steps and up one flight once you enter the building. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend!

Awesome Apartment!!

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! The weather turned cold & rainy during our stay but the apartment was centrally located in the village center & is extremely comfortable. The layout worked great for two couples & we had lake views from almost every room. It was easy to get around for shopping & groceries if you don’t mind walking further to get to a larger store. There is a small butcher shop closer but it all depends on what you are needing. Paolo, the host, was very helpful in suggestions to eat, shop, etc. We were left a bottle of Chianti & water which was a welcome gift! The bedrooms were very comfortable. The one bedroom could have the bed elevated a little more, however, still comfortable. All & all a great stay. I highly recommend taking a walk to the Melzi Villa as the grounds & walk along the lake beautiful! Caio Paolo! We will be back.

Bellagio

This flat is in an ideal location, right in the heart of downtown Bellagio, a two minute walk from the ferry. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. We didn't use the kitchen, which was functional. The living room had adequate space for the four of us, with a lovely view overlooking the lake. Paolo was quick to reply to any questions. If you arrive by car, know that parking is not available at the flat itself, and can be difficult to locate if you arrive at a busy time of day. The flat is up a set of Bellagio's famous salitas (staircases), which is charming, but made the flat difficult to find initially. Given the location, you will have to lug your suitcases up that staircase, then up to the second floor, where the flat is located (no elevator). This was not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues or are unable to lift all of your luggage, then this is unfortunately not the place for you. While there we experienced a few power outages, perhaps due to storms. If this happens to you, the breaker box is just next to the front door. Reset the main breaker (on the left on the panel) and everything returns just as the gods of electricity meant it to be.

Beautiful apartment on the lake

Wonderful stay in the last leg of our summer trip. Location is perfect and host was fantastic. Clean property and comfortable accommodations. Double check spices and kitchen tools before you set out cooking.
