This flat is in an ideal location, right in the heart of downtown Bellagio, a two minute walk from the ferry. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. We didn't use the kitchen, which was functional. The living room had adequate space for the four of us, with a lovely view overlooking the lake. Paolo was quick to reply to any questions.
If you arrive by car, know that parking is not available at the flat itself, and can be difficult to locate if you arrive at a busy time of day. The flat is up a set of Bellagio's famous salitas (staircases), which is charming, but made the flat difficult to find initially. Given the location, you will have to lug your suitcases up that staircase, then up to the second floor, where the flat is located (no elevator). This was not an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues or are unable to lift all of your luggage, then this is unfortunately not the place for you. While there we experienced a few power outages, perhaps due to storms. If this happens to you, the breaker box is just next to the front door. Reset the main breaker (on the left on the panel) and everything returns just as the gods of electricity meant it to be.
