The Residence LES SAPINS is located in the heart of the prestigious resort, a few steps from the local ski school and the "Croisette", a must-see building in Courchevel 1850.

Our establishment is particularly popular with demanding holidaymakers looking for a certain "standing" and an exemplary geographical location. You just have to cross the street to discover two essential 5-star palaces of the resort, LE LANA or LE SAINT ROCH.

In Courchevel 1850, anything is possible: A thousand activities are available to you depending on the season. Even the most ambitious!

These include, for example, heliskiing, Ice climbing, paragliding trips, hot air balloon or helicopter trips, dog sled rides, or gastronomic and night outings. As the residence is perched on the edge of the famous “BELLCÔTE” slope, adventurers can put on their shoes early to explore the Trois Vallées area, the largest ski area in the world.

This listing is a FRAUD. We left after 30 minutes. It is filthy and looks NOTHING like the pictures. The kitchen window has a huge crack running through it. It will shatter at any minute. After paying in full, I received an email that sheets and towels were not included but that I could "rent" them when the listing clearly stated "no hidden fees". These old, stained, tattered sheets came crumpled in a bag. They didn't even make the bed so a large urine stain was visible. Every single inch of this property is stained and dinged. It is disgusting. I sent the host the images and asked various times for a full refund given how deceitful this listing is, but was ignored. This listing is in clear violation of everything VRBO is supposed to stand for. This is the 1st time I've ever left a negative review, left a property after 30 minutes or requested a refund.
