Studio 16 is large: 26m2, very sunny and next to the swimming pool.
It is located in building "B", on the garden level, at the back of the building.
Its entrance is on the lawn side and the window overlooks the swimming pool.
Your garden furniture with parasol is in front of the door on the lawn.
It consists of a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen: 2 induction hobs, microwave + grill, coffee maker, toaster.
For sleeping, it has a 140 cm bed and a 140 cm pull-out sofa.
Bathroom with shower. Separate WC
Le Conty is a small family holiday residence with 15 apartments: studios, T2 and T3.
A secure swimming pool, 10m * 6m, is at your disposal. Deckchairs and parasols for everyone.
A family atmosphere, children are welcome and always find friends to play on the playground, at the pool or in the courtyard.
