Labirinto Eco

Labirinto ECO is an apartment of about 80 square meters located in a typical village in Calice Ligure in the hinterland of Finale Ligure.
The house is independent and surrounded by greenery.
It is arranged on three levels:
- at the entrance on the ground floor there is the living area with kitchen (induction), table, and a small living room with 50" TV and a comfortable sofa.
- on the first floor there is the first bedroom with two single beds (or 1 double bed on request) from which you can access the terrace of about 40m2
- on the second floor there is the second double bedroom.
The floors are connected to each other by an internal spiral staircase and an external staircase.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold), pellet stove in the living area, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, wifi, photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, private parking about 40m away.
We accept small pets only on request and with a small surcharge for cleaning.
