Cozy studio apartment with terrace, just 150 meters from the beach and with capacity for 4 people.



It is specially designed and prepared with all the necessary comforts to make your family vacation, as a couple or with friends unforgettable.



Good Internet connection with fiber optic and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the accommodation and possibility of parking.



It has a large communal terrace on the top floor for sunbathing, a full bathroom and the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking plus fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ....

Located in Pedregalejo, a traditional Malagueño fishermen neighborhood, especially safe and where you can enjoy a great variety of gastronomy at a very good price.

We like the calm neighborhood so close to the beach and great restaurants. Guillermo was so helpful with everything. The bus system made it so easy to get downtown. There was only one key If we wanted to do different activities we were happy to have the key lock box

the apartment is presented as bright and sunny and appears to have direct access to the outdoor space. the outdoor space is separate and not very nice. People hand their laundry there. The apartment is clean but very dark. Only one window facing an alley.
